Alex was our day of coordinator for our wedding at the Petersen Automotive Museum and I can honestly say that the day went perfectly and I attribute that mostly to her great coordination skills and professional demeanor. We were on a budget so we did a lot of stuff ourselves and had a lot of vendors to deal with, and she brought the entire thing together and made it look far better than I ever expected. I don’t know how she was in so many places at once because it seemed like every time I turned around she had another drink for my husband and I and was making sure that every vendor knew what they were supposed to be doing. We also managed to stay on schedule, which I don’t feel like I’ve seen at that many weddings that I have been to lately. She made sure that all of our expectations were met without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. I don’t think you could get a better coordinator, especially considering how affordable her rates are. She earned every penny we paid her and then some, and I would definitely recommend her to any bride — especially if you want to do a lot of things yourself but also don’t want to worry about the stress of setting it all up that day, because you can 100 percent rely on her to tie it all up in a bow for you as long as you can communicate your vision to her which was quite easy for me(she seemed to know exactly what I wanted even though we only had a few hours together before the big day).

When planning our wedding reception, I knew that I wanted to do all the planning and what not myself and didn’t really want to use a wedding planner. But I DID know that we needed a day-of coordinator to help us with all the details and set up on the day of our event. I must have searched and searched for many day-of coordinators but their price point of $ 2−3K was just way to high for our budget. Finally, I came across some reviews for Alex and decided to visit her website. The first thing that attracted me to her services was her price point. It was just right! The second step I took was emailing her to ask her about more details and to see if she was available for our date. I was immediately pleased with her so DH and I decided to meet up with her in person just to get to know each other better before finalizing anything(I highly recommend that you meet all your vendors in person before deciding on anything!). At that meeting, we confirmed and signed the contract and all that good stuff. We ended up hiring Alex and 2 of her assistants. We had about a year till our event but the entire time, she did a great job of keeping in touch just to check up on us and making sure we were doing okay with the whole planning process. Even though we only hired her for day-of coordination, anytime I had a question about planning or vendor suggestions, she was always ready to help. As we got closer to our event, she allowed us to drop off all our reception stuff at our house which was a big help because we had a LOT of things. Also on the day of the reception, she came to our hotel, and picked up more stuff. There are no words to describe how big of a help this was. Alex and her assistants did a beautiful job in setting everything up just as we had imagined. She made sure everything was followed just like it had been written on the timeline that we had given her. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Alex we could truly enjoy our evening! Alex and her staff are extremely professional and a great group of women to work with! Alex is a great communicator and extremely organized! I highly recommend Alex!

Where is the 6 or 7th star? Alex is hands down the best party planner ever. I have worked with Alex when she has done wedding planning and I was the photographer. She is always ready and a step ahead of everyone. I always refer her to my brides and she does a wonderful job. I hired Alex to plan a business party for me. I didnt have time to plan or think about food. Alex handled it all flawlessly. My party space was amazing. Everyone kept commenting on how nice the space looked(staff from downstairs offices kept coming to look at the space). Alex had a wonderful table setting. She knew exactly how much food to have.(You have to listen to her). Alex gracefully listened to me even when I was wrong. She is amazing and will always be my go to for party/wedding planning. All I can say is WOW. I first hired Alex to help plan my wedding and I couldn’t have been more excited or relieved! She’s super organized and extremely creative. I have to admit I had a few mini-bridezilla moments and Alex kept it together and calmed me down. She dealt with my vendors and negotiated with them for me(which I hate). I was so impressed with her work that when my BIG3 – 0 came around, she was the first person I called. I’m a big skier and she helped me come up with a Ski Chalet theme. OMG, there is no way in a million years I would have come up with the stuff she did. Everything was decorated and every table had it’s own mini-theme. Even my 3-tiered birthday cake was amazing(it had a 3-D cabin, skis and trees)! She would show me a couple options for things and I’d either pick it or ask her opinion. Everyone was so impressed and it really made it special for me. She was as hands on or off as I wanted, which was great, and she wasn’t pushy at all. I’m so happy with her and can’t wait to plan another event! Thank you Alex!

Alex is amazing! I asked Alex to help me with 2 events and she blew me away — I had no idea how beautiful and special she was going to make everything. I am a casting director and teach acting workshops. We hold showcases every few months and for a while I was not only taking care of the show, but I was worrying about the food and drinks. I decided to hire Alex and was truly blown away. Since the showcase involved kid and teen actors, she threw out the idea of a «star» themed refreshment area and it looked and felt beautiful. She also asked for my logo and tastefully personalized everything. She was so professional and so organized. I will hire her for EVERY event I have! Alex at Enchanted Events & Design is a real gem!

Alex put together my son’s 1st birthday party. I gave her the theme«Yo Gabba Gabba» and she came through with an amazing table design! I was blown away, she had pretty much recreated the YGG table, complete with the 4 difference scenes on the background. Alex also designed things to go inside the goodie bag, such as custom magnets. She also help me plan for food items to go on the table, and came up with cute names and cards for the food, such as «Brobee Brownie bites»! Alex is creative, imaginative and fun to work with and gets really excited about design ideas. I look forward to hiring her for my twins’ 4th birthday party.

I hired Alex to do my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. ITWASAMAZING! It was a Bumble Bee theme and I could not have asked for anything better. Alex did everything for me. I am a mom that has no time and honestly, no talent! So thank God for people like Alex. She designed the invites, the decorations, the thank you cards, the gift bags etc etc. When I say everything I mean everything. She is great to work with. If you don’t like something she doesn’t get offended… she goes in search of the right thing just for you! She takes your ideas and makes them realities and if possible, makes them better than what you pictured in your head! She is great to work with. Easy, fun, relaxed and gets back to you right away. Alex is everything you want(and need) in a party planner. I went large for my daughter’s 3rd «princess» themed birthday party, and Alex helped me from start to finish — she got her hands mighty dirty! Over 100 guests and Alex wowed them all. She is so creative and talented and brought us all sorts of surprises on the big day. She is a wizard when it comes to décor and design… stuff she produces looks like it came straight out of a magazine… but she actually makes it! Her skillz on the computer made us some crazy princess signage throughout the entire house, from banners, to food cards, to a sign for the princess potty! To top it off, she is one mad woman in the kitchen and made and designed us a dessert treats table that none of my guests will soon forget. Dipped pearled marshmallows, pink dipped oreos, cake pops, the list goes on and on. And certainly fit for my little princess. Love you, Alex!

My husband and I decided to have a small, low-key wedding ceremony in a local park followed by a cocktail party in our own backyard. Despite our non-traditional approach to the wedding, we did decide early on that we needed an extra set of hands on the day to take care of anything that needed taking care of so that we could enjoy our day. Alexandra was phenomenal as that person. Although I had hired Alexandra as my Day of Coordinator only, she was always available to me on the phone and was great about answering questions. She was very organized, prepared and professional but also very friendly and calm, which was a prerequisite for me. Despite having a «simple» wedding, I still wanted it to be special with lots of little details. I am an absolute control freak, so handing off all of the things that I wanted done to make the day memorable was difficult for me, but handing them off to someone as capable of Alexandra made it a lot easier. On my wedding day, I had absolute zero stress. I knew that Alexandra had everything handled and under control and all I had to do was show up and enjoy myself. My husband and I actually felt like guests at our own wedding(in our own backyard!) which was largely due to the amazing job that Alexandra did.
