Whoa, I thought I was the only one the owner had been mean to. I called him to tell him that one of his washers was overflowing and he yelled at me and told me what was it that I wanted him to do because he was at home. How can people own business and get away treating customers so rude.

When I got quarters, the owner yelled at me to show him my laundry. When I said my laundry is in my car, he yelled that I am a liar and looked for my car. When I tried to get my laundry, he blocked the door with his body and yelled that he would call the cops. When I said I don’t feel safe being a customer anymore, he took a picture of my license plate and said I could leave because he was calling the cops. As I was getting into my car he yelled at me to never come back.

This place is a must avoid. Unless you want the creepy owner hovering over you while you do your laundry and telling you what you can and cannot wash, this is not the place for you. The machines are not well taken care of and the owner was accusing people near me for breaking a machine that has been broken for months. Very disappointing.

This place is terrible!!! B the owner is soooo rude! He was standing in front of me the whole time I was trying to do my laundry and telling me how I should be washing my cloths. He gave me no personal space and was just a jerk! I then just packed up my things and walked out. He was still yelling at me for no reason. Crazy guy! Don’t go there!

This place has horrible parking. The machines always break down. Last, but not least, the owner is a complete jerk. He disrespects his customers by talking down to them. A couple times he yelled at people for leaving the door open because they had to load multiple things from their trunk and didn’t want to keep opening and closing the door. Another time someone followed this and he got mad that they didn’t leave it open because he said the door costs 1500 to fix people because people keep opening and closing it. Pretty ridiculous.

The owner is a total jerk! I called him in regards to his machine that won’t stop Andy clothes were stuck in there. He started yelling at me asking me what he wanted me to do. Really? Why am I calling him then? Isn’t he the owner who needs to take care of his business? Wow!

This place is ridiculous, machines are old. Prices are outrageous, they even charge more to use hot water. This was my first and last visit here.

This place is clean I will give it that, but the owner is a jerk! I will never go back! I was doing laundry and the power went out in the bldg. And I still have not seen my 2 dollars that he owes me!
