Stopped by because I needed a corsage created quickly for a part tonight. Julie offered me a terrific discount and created a beautiful corsage in 15 minutes! Beautiful work!

Such a bad florist and even worse service. These people are mean and maybe crazy. Flowers were subpar at best, and when I tried to return them it only got worse. I was insulted and though I shouldn’t let people like that get to me, I left the store in tears.

I called to ask about a flower but when they picked up the first thing they asked me was«who are you?» I was dumbfounded … and when I tried to hang up they were very persistent on having me buy some flowers. Maybe it was just me that thought they were rude but don’t they usually say«hello _____florist how may i help you»???

Used to be decent under different ownership, now just brutally bad. The basic aptitude for floral design is an aesthetic sensibility, which they are sorely lacking. I ordered a table arrangement and it was really ugly and incredibly overpriced. I had also picked it up last minute on a national holiday and they didn’t even discount it. I challenged them on the price, but they wouldn’t budge. Almost walked out and decided it wouldn’t be nice. So, I bit the bullet and paid, but will never be back. I find that shopkeepers who start to lose customers make the critical mistake of trying to hold onto revenue by overcharging their remaining customer base. I suspect that is what is happening at She’s. They just need to go out of business.

A lovely Mr. Archambault sent me flowers from She’s Florist. The moment I got them I was thrilled. It had been a long time since I’d received a flower delivery. Once I had the vase of flowers in my hands, I was sadly disappointed. The flowers looked half dead. I didn’t have the heart to tell my sender the condition of the flowers. When asked to send him a photo of the flowers, I went to Trader Joe’s and came back to make my own arrangement. I was so angry when I thought about the ugliness of the flowers and how much my sender must have spent. I was going to go there and complain, but then I realized that if a business that works with flowers felt okay about dispatching a half dead arrangement, then it would be pointless to go and explain that a florist should be able to deliver fresh, beautiful and ALIVE flowers. I would NEVER buy from this place and I wish I knew which delivery company sub-contracted with them since my sender lived far away. Any supermarket will have a better selection in terms of looks and health of the flowers. And, I believe the prices are much better as well.

If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have turned on my heel and walked out. To enter a business and say«hello» to the staff and only be given a quizzical look and once-over without so much as a perfunctory reply of «hello» back is profoundly lame and otherwise unprofessional when there are so many competitors in the vicinity. To walk into a flower shop with five people behind the counter, say«hello» and get no response back even after they look at you; ask if they have any ranunculus, and be told brusquely«I don’t know what that is. No. I don’t know» and be told to look around for it yourself is way too bloody much of too bloody little. I don’t know much at all about plants and flowers, but at least I know what common, beautiful little ranunculuses are, and I know what professionalism is – and this place doesn’t have either available for you. To echo another reviewer, if I could award this place a zero, you better believe I would.

Probably the only florist who CUSSES at the customers on the planet. Only if i can give –5stars! HORRIBLESERVICE! I went in this morning for a small writing on my flowerpot for a present for a grand opening business. First of all, the florist made his daughter to do it who has no experience. Her hand writing SUCKED! I can write better with my feet. Then, they asked me for $ 16 with tax. AREYOU F***INGKIDDINGME?! When I argued about the price and the hand writing, the florist had the guts to cuss at me and made me pay the unjustifiable price. My mom saw the flower and the handwriting at the opening and got super embarrassed. ITWASTHATBAD! So she called this place and talked to the florist. She explained how it was embarrassing to see the ugly handwriting at the opening and the guy simply said, «Then why did you ask me to do it? You should’ve wrote it. Why you complain about the price? If you didn’t like the handwriting why didn’t you trash it infront of me?» I even have the picture of the handwriting. I’m gonna be posting this picture everywhere till this place goes out of business. DON’T EVEREVEREVERGOTOTHISPLACE, THEY’LLRUINYOURDAY.

If I had the option to give them zero starts, I would. I had placed an order for two boutonnieres for my cousin’s prom days before the event. First of all, they mixed up the order. And then when I went to pick it up, they didn’t have the receipt to match my order. They didn’t even know which one was mine. After paying $ 30 dollars a piece, which is already over-priced, I expected to see something of high quality. When I looked at the final piece, I was disappointed to see two wilted orchids with the ribbon cut unevenly, literally just pinned to the side of the orchid. The stem was taped together by white scotch tape, talk about tacky. I walked out in disbelief that this was what I ordered. Complete disappointment and it was way too late to get a new one. Way to ruin two people’s proms.

Worst florist EVER! Valentine’s day flowers were delivered a DAYLATE. Repeated inquiries led to non-English speaking employees saying they were sorry they couldn’t deliver because they were very busy. They then asked the recipient to pick them up. Reminder to self: always check the Unilocal ratings. Why are these people still in business?

I stopped in for 2 roses so I could make a corsage for a friend. WOW. We were preached to, asked our religious beliefs, asked if we’d been babtized(!), and told we were obviously raised by «bad people» but maybe that was god’s will. Holy(literally!) crap! 2 roses and a hell fire and brimstone sermon. YIKES!

Stopped by a day early, ordered and paid $ 49 for my sons corsage. Returned the next day and they had not even started making it. We waited 15 minutes while she quickly put it together. No explanation as to why, just an attitude of too bad. Corsage looked nice but service was awful and the corsage did not stay together well when he gave it to his date. Definitely would not recommend She’s Florists.
