Battistoni and Beam Orthodontics

We have been very happy with the practice. My son had his braces put on over a year ago. They were very accommodating to payment plans. I had HSA account over 2 years to make it easier on our pocket book. My son has been anxious about his orthodox treatments and the doctors have been extremely helpful with his individual needs. It’s a bustling practice with a lot of incentive programs for the teenage population that tends to be non compliant with treatments.

I took my daughter to Dr. Battestoni on the recommendation of my dentist. I found him clueless in explaining things to my 12-​yr-​old and evasive when it came to cost. I asked him 3 times for a ballpark estimate and he wouldn’t answer, instead telling me that his assistant would answer that later. His assistant dismissed my daughter’s concerns about discomfort and the awkwardness of wearing braces. I went there assuming that we would use this practice if needed because they are close to our home but felt that they were so rude and difficult to deal with that I can’t imagine having to deal with them for 20 months. So I’ll probably end up driving 8 miles away just so I don’t have to deal with them. I’m sure Dr. Battestoni knows orthodontics but his manner and that of his staff drove me away.
