Abe is the general contractor and he is wonderful. We were very happy with our remodel. The house was very old and needed alot of work. He worked well with our interior designer and architect and always had creative suggestions. He worked very hard to bring our project in on time and within budget. He was always up front about additional costs and only for things we changed. He was great and I highly recommend him.

A nightmarish experience– Substandard construction resulted in many deficiencies, such as several major plumbing leaks, rusting guardrails before the job was even finished. Refused to repair them, despite the fact that he is legally required to do so. Many defects, such as incorrectly placed seismic anchor bolts and cut shear walls were caught by the owners in time (would have made the home a death trap in an earthquake), but many others came out after. Many of the materials used (e.g. building paper, attachment bolts of guardrails) were inferior to the ones in the contract documements. Didn’t finish the job but ran away and then filed a lien and lawsuit with fraudulent change orders against the owners. Stay away from this business!
