I am a fan of Lindora. I used the program in Studio City — and I lost almost 30 lbs. I kept it off for 3 years, but fell off the «wagon» and needed to get back on it. The staff at this location is awesome. They are very attentive and want to see you succeed. In fact they ring a bell everytime you step on the scale and lose weight. They even called me when I was travelling to see how it was going and to answer any questions I had. This is a good program and I recommend it — as well as this location.

Losing weight is so difficult. Lindora is very expensive but definitely worth it. I think the price and regionality are the only reason this is not as popular as WW or JC. Honestly, if you are someone that needs to be held accountable, needs a specific plan spelled out — please come here. You will absolutely lose weight if you follow their plan. Somehow you are never hungry, always eating, but shedding pounds.
The staf at this particular location is not great. You feel like a cattle call and they dont take time to get to know you. Every location is not like that (Cerritos is GREAT), so make sure you are comfortable with the staff before dropping so much money.
