The sofa sectional we purchased was nice looking. Just as they looked in the web. Delivery was fast too. I thought the furniture would already be assembled, but looking at their website I noticed that they mention assembly may be required.
For the price, it’s not too bad. My wife and I are slowly breaking it in. The ottoman has a nice soft cushion but we noticed the cushions on the sectionals were stiffer (which may become less stiff as we break the cushions in).
Assembly was not difficult at all. Although, I do wish they included a tool to clean the sofa’s. The cushions had gotten stuff onto them since they are placed within the bottom of the sofa (even though the cushions themselves were covered with plastic). It took awhile to clean what was mostly small wood pieces from the cushions.
Still though, I think it’s a good value. In the future, the sofa would be easy to move to a different place since disassembly is as easy as assembly. Please be aware that the sectionals do not use spring’s to support the cushions, but instead use straps. Not a huge deal, but just be aware that the furniture isn’t made for jumping.
For me, it was convenient to communicate over e-​mail. I didn’t even have to call to complete or finalize delivery instructions. For me that’s nice because I’m not used to talking on the phone.
