Ordered a combo plate with orange chicken and mushroom chicken. The chow mien noodles were bland and so was the fried rice no flavor. The orange chicken was soggy no crunch to it. The mushroom chicken was good. The best thing about the food was the side of hot and sour soup and maybe the cabbage salad. Their portions are large which is why I think ppl like this place, but the quality and flavor is really lacking. I would rather go to panda

My base of comparison is New York Chinatown style. That is, your order is made fresh, in a wok, when ordered. Takes longer, maybe 10 min, 20 on a busy Fri, and I think, tastes better. The steamed rice here is really good, not too sticky and has a great flavor. The soy sauce in packets seemed to be slightly flavored colored water. I’m use to something stronger. I also had the Kung Pao and Firecracker Chicken. I found the Firecracker to be more spicy than the KPC. The flavors were really good on both but having them pre-made really changes the flavor and definitely the texture. I didn’t find the chicken to be as juicy in either, nor the peanuts crunchy. at all in the KPC. And only three pieces out of the giant pile of chicken had crunch. I’d bet that if you ever got here and the food you wanted had just come out of the kitchen you’d think it’s the best you’d ever had from this place. And you’d probably be right. Because it was fresh. I’m going to keep looking for fresh made to order.

I go out of my way to come here. The portions are very generous and the food is amazing. Plates came with complimentary salad and soup which is also very good.

Was craving some Chinese food and searched on Unilocal to find a Chinese fast food restaurant that I’ve never tried. Twin dragon came up and had many great reviews… good and few negative ones as well. The good reviews were from both Asians and non asians. Majority of the bad reviews were from non asians… this tells me twin dragon is probably good Chinese food and it was haha. One item meal comes with one dish, rice/chow mein/chinese noodles(you can mix and chose), soup and salad. I got the fire cracker chicken, half chow mein, noodles(cuz i got rice at home haha) which come with soup and salad. Read one review from one non asian that was complaining that the noodles were bland… well…its supposed to be kinda a bland, it’s to replace the white rice that all chinese/Asians eat with the main dish that are very flavorful. And like every reviews stated… portions are huge! I Got leftovers! Under $ 8!!! CrayG!!! I’ll be back.

Wonderful food! The broccoli beef, orange chicken, and the mushroom chicken are the best. Their soups are very good, too! The lunch special really gives a great amount of food for a reasonable price. I would like to see them expand their seating area, but otherwise I love this place!

Good food and big portions and nice service. If you think — Can a «Chinese fast food place» be five stars? — it can with Twin Dragon. And honestly, it’s the best Chinese fast food place I’ve been to. We’ve been coming here over the past couple years and we can always count on them for good food(and as authentic as you can get for«fast food») as well as big portions. The owner, Lisa, is always very friendly and has always greeted us personally. My favorites here are the rice noodle(I’m picky about my Singapore noodles!), the firecracker chicken, and the orange chicken. I’ve had a few other things here and they’re all very good. Definitely recommend this place for a fast Chinese food fix!

Tired of Panda Express my boyfriend and I looked for some other places close to home and came across this one. Pictures and reviews looked great so we headed on over. Wow!!! Fresh food, hefty portions and good prices. For a 2 item platter it was $ 7.75 and the portions were very generous. Not just that but I love their chow mein! The Orange chicken tastes exactly like Panda but better and their broccoli beef was delicious as well and I’m a picky Chinese food eater lol. Only reason why I left off a star was because the beef was a little on the chewy side but it was still good. We can’t wait to go back!

Their food portions are always so amazing as well as their service. I honestly don’t know why this place isn’t as popular as other places.

I went here for the first time today and it have to say, the lady that helped me was amazing. She asked me if I had any questions, offered me samples and gave me suggestions on what’s popular. The food, was good but not great. I like that they have the thicker noodles but they didn’t have much flavor. The king pal chicken was fine, good but nothing special. The firecracker chicken didn’t have any spice to me and just tasted like a variation of orange chicken.

I love this specific twin dragon! All the other ones don’t give you as much and this place hooks it up! You get two items plus a bunch of noodles and veggies or rice, I like noodles and veggies, and a heaping amount of chicken or meats of your choice… I already ate some but it’s still a lot. On top of that, you get a side of soup choice(hot and sour or egg and vege) and chopped Asian salad! Much more food then Panda especially!

If you’re looking for a typical Chinese restaurant, then this is not the place to go to. So, don’t be disappointed. The servers are very nice and friendly, and they are very generous with their portion. The price is also very very fair and love the soup and salad that comes with it!

Good Food! I’ve eaten here several times and my only complaint is the layout of the dining /order area. Its kind of a cluster F. I really like the Soya Chicken and the Singapore rice noodles.

Pretty darn good! Had the Orange Chicken & Kung Pao Chicken Just as good if not better than panda My absolute favorite is the salad! That’s what is going to bring me back One minor note: the chow mein was a bit bland. Maybe slightly blackening it and/or adding more seasoning would help. Pst… My mexi peeps… They put jalapeños in the Kung Pao…(Don’t worry everyone else, they’re big chunks easily removed without leaving a noticeable amount of capsaicin.) 5 stars for a combination of good food and very nice customer service. The ladies are very nice earning them a 5th star despite the slightly bland chow mein. Go here, support these sweet lady’s business!

My favorite place for Chinese take out in Orange County! While visiting back home, my brother brought me here. It was fantastic! You can’t beat the prices for the quality either. $ 6.95 for a two item plate. In addition to that, you get soup(egg drop or hot and sour) and salad too! I went twice while on my trip and all of the entrees that I tried were great. They give you an abundant amount of food. It’s enough for two meals or enough for two people to split. I look forward to going back again!

Really great take-out Chinese food! Everything is fresh and not greasy. Even the egg flower soup and chopped salad was surprisingly good. I can’t think of a single criticism except that their line is kinda awkwardly arranged… oh well. It’s so hard to find decent Chinese food so I’m glad I have this place.

My wife and I have been wanting to try Twin Dragon since they opened a while ago. Well, we finally got here! Since this was our first visit for lunch we both decided to have a one item combo plate($ 6.49 ea). For that price it includes a choice of noodles and rice, soup & salad too. I chose the teriyaki chicken, Singapore rice noodles with brown rice. My wife had the mushroom chicken, thick chow mein noodles with fried rice. Today’s daily soup was egg flower and it was amazing. We both enjoyed the generous portions of above average Chinese food. For the amount of food served and the reasonable prices, my tummy and my wallet were happy. The service was fast and friendly as well.

Huge portions! One must ask themselves though… do you sacrifice taste for huge portions? Some may say yes, others may say no. I personally say no. In all honestly it was ok, but it wasn’t anything amazing.
