call and left message 3 times today, they say the will call back in 5 to 30 min and no return calls

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I came downstairs last Monday morning and tried to turn on my computer. Nothing happened. Zip. Nada. So, I of course checked to make sure it was plugged in, then called Nick. He came over that morning, took my computer away, and after some calls back and forth, presented me with a better, faster machine that he had built from my hard drive and stuff he had on hand. Just like the Bionic Man, it’s better, stronger, and faster, and the price was very reasonable. He would have had it back to me THE NEXT DAY if _​I_​had been available, but because of my work schedule, I had to wait a day. He saved all my documents and irreplaceable photos (I guess I should back my stuff up) I have a son in high school, and can’t really be without a computer. Nick saved me from having to find time to schlepp my son to the library to use the computer to do his geography project. He is the best. And as a single mom, I appreciate the reasonable prices, and the professionalism. He’s not someone you have to worry about allowing into your home or your computer. My dog even loves him.

Computer service doesn’t get better than this. Nick is not only amazing at what he does, he is extremely fair and has never tried to talk me into anything that I didn’t absolutely need. I wouldn’t call anyone else for my desktop or laptop — he is absolutely genius. Have a computer problem, call him.
