Over the last year+ I have used Cabochon to source tile and stone for 2 bathrooms and a fireplace. Kelly is a great resource for design consultation– always happy to offer alternative ideas, sample material and solutions that allow you to get the look you’re after while supplementing design with less costly materials. The showroom is amazing and many of the offerings are costly but your project won’t look like you sourced fom Home Depot. I had an issue with marble they sourced and they visited the job site and took care of the issue– minimizing my stress and project delay.

Terrible, terrible service. Never returned messages and several were left. In fact when I was in the store and asked if a particular tile came in a different color, the answer was «I don’t know». After I ASKED if they could find out, they did not offer to find out for me, I was told they would call me the next business day. I never received that call either.
