Dr. Antoanella Calame

Yesterday was our first visit with Dr. Calame and I must say that she ans her staff is amazing! Very friendly, very accommodating and I was there for my mom’s appointment (she does not speak much English) and I was able to ask Dr. Calame all kinds of questions about the pigmentation and the age spots and just general skin concerns for both of us and she took time and explained everything with a smile, very professionally and friendly. I highly recommend her for all the skin care and dermatology needs! And the office is quaint, clean and calm. We definitely be back.

Impressive positive experience and instant results!!!
My dad had skin outgrowth on his forehead. We had recomendation to see Dr Calame. Luckily when we came there was no one in the clinic. It was super clean, very pleasant environment, nice customer service from nurses to doctor.
They quickly identified the issue, explained how quickly and safely it can be removed and within a matter of 5 – 10 minutes they made a short mini surgery removing that skin problem. There were three of us, we were impressed how quickly and professionally it was done. Maybe it is really not a big deal, but the fact how quickly they have taken care of the problem was very big plus. Even emergency room does not work so efficiently and productively.
She also was able to answer some other questions my mom and me had that was not covered by dad’s insurance.
All I want to say is Thank you!

Dr. Calame is the best. She is also the sweetest Dr. I think I have met! Yes you do wait a little bit but there are plenty of magazines so just plan accordingly. Her skin is flawless, she is thorough, loves to give samples and help you in any way she can. Her front desk is very nice and helpful also.
I can’t say enough. She is really worth driving to Poway for!
