Had a well-​exam with Dr. James. My daughter did not feel comfortable with this doctor or in this office. Dr. James looked more at her computer than at my child and was not personable. She gave us incorrect medical advice. Her assistant also looked more at the computer than at my daughter. She asked my daughter if she wears glasses. My daughter was sitting in front of her with her glasses on her face. Front office staff was talking loudly about patient’s personal information. We will not return.

Dr. James is very professional, gentle and kind. We don’t always see eye to eye all child rearing ways, but she still very respectful. My daughter is also very comfortable with Dr. James.
I also like that there is adequate parking at the doctor’s Regents Road location, and I can normally get in and out of our appointments within an hour.
