Coconuts Salon & Day Spa

Well, I arrived at 10:40 for what I was told was a 10:45 appt. Turns out the receptionist told me the wrong time. It was actually an 11:45 appt as I was rather rudely informed by Chrystal who would’ve been my stylist. I was just going to walk out at that point, but the receptionist quickly found another stylist, Barbara. I figured no big deal on the mix up… After the cut was finished and I went to pay, Barbara said I get paid directly and pulled out her phone with a square attached. OK… Then proceeded to charge me $ 30, which is a 50% tip. Saying «I charge $ 30, tip is included». Well, that’s not the way the service industry works. If she wants to do that, she should be up front about it and let the consumer decide. Men’s haircut is listed at $ 20 on their website with no disclaimer that certain stylists charge more… After getting home and combing through my hair to see if it was worth the money, I was really disappointed. There are chunks in my hair that are way longer than the hair right next to it and one of my cowlicks on my neck line wasn’t even cut. I have had $ 10 cuts that run circles around this one… I will have to find someone to fix my hair before Sunday. Needless to say, I will never go back and will proceed to tell all my network about this really poor experience.
*Obviously there are people that didn’t have this kind of experience as derived from the rating, but know this experience can happen.
**The stylist contacted me the next day and said she is going to refund the money. At least I don’t have to pay twice for my haircut.

I had the BEST pedicure I have had in years at Coconuts by Tera Cavaz. A lot of her products are hand made with essential & coconut oils ect. and they make your feet feel amazing. She massages your toes, your feet and your legs and really gets that blood moving and targets all your pressure points. I stand on my feet all day for 10 hrs so it was awesome. She also uses all disposal liners her callus remover worked amazing… I have never seen one like it. It has been a week and my feet still feel soft. I am no longer going other places every 8 – 10 weeks (for basicly a toe painting) My feet are happy and I booked every 4 weeks becuase it was that good. Thanks Tera. I’m so glad I found you!

In my opinion Salon management does not provide excellence in customer service. I do not recommend Autumn.

Just for a change, I wanted a body wave for my fine, shoulder-​length hair but wasn’t sure where to go. Unilocalers recommended Mary Anne at Coconut’s — they were right! She did a fantastic job — soft curls with tons of body that seemed to last about 10 months. I recently starting seeing Mary Anne for haircuts as well — she does a great job. Quick, easy check-​in with the Unilocal app. Everyone is friendly & helpful at the salon.

I am a huge fan of Coconuts, correction, I am a huge fan of Vanessa! SHE is what keeps me coming back. Vanessa is very knowledgeable and professional. I always come in with no worries. The minute I arrive she is welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. She consults with me every single time and gives me opinions. I completely trust her as she has never failed me!

I’ve taken my son to see Victoria several times now and will continue to because she’s great with him. Bless her for being patient with my little man and making him look extra handsome with his new cut! Thanks Victoria!

Victoria is the best ! She has been doing this for many many years and I’ve been going to her for almost 15 years !

Victoria Speaks is an exceptional stylist and colorist. I have never been disappointed with the way she makes my hair look. She’s the sweetest and goes out of her way to make sure I look great!

Got my hair done again and Vanessa did a great job! She is super sweet and takes her time. Never is there an awkward silence.

Victoria and Coconuts are amazing. I’ve been going to Victoria for many years (long before she moved to Coconuts). I’m glad she found such a great place to work because I love going there to get pampered. Friendly front desk, free wifi, delicious coffee, great vibe all around. Big thumbs up to Coconuts.

I love this salon! I go here for hair and waxing and have been for years. Vanessa is my stylist and I followed her to Coconuts from a salon prior. She’s been doing my hair for almost ten years! Every event I have attended she has done my hair also! She is great with color and i have recommended her to many people… even my insanely picky and demanding mother goes to her now!
I have been waxed by both Penny and Kailey! I go to Kailey twice a month for regular lip and brow waxes and have had some great facials done also! They use great wax and the rooms arw super soothing!

Great salon and location but even better stylists! I’ve been seeing Annie for 10+ years and she is absolutely amazing. Does wonderful color work and has the best sense of humor; she is such a pleasure each time I go to her. Two thumbs up!

Vanessa is amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and then delivered! I also love the look of the salon. So cute and professional at the same time. I am a customer for life. :)

Love this salon. Been going to Vanessa waldo for 6 years since it became coconuts and have been so impressed every time! Such an awesome atmosphere. Have an option of a glass of wine, coffee or water. Cannot express more how talented Vanessa is at hair! Will never leave this salon!

I love this salon! Vanessa is amazing! She really listens to what I want and makes it happen. She is a great conversationalist as well, easy to chat with. The salon is so cute, Hawaiian themed, all the staff are super nice and knowledgable. They also have a good supply of hair and skin products as well. They serve beverages, even wine, which is nice if you come after work!

Absolutely love this salon! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Plus the decorations are so cute and make the environment very fun! I especially love getting my hair cut by Crystal and eyebrows waxed by Penny! I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone, they are fabulous and have it all!

This salon offers all spa services. I came here since my massage therapist, Sarah, moved to this location. The place has a nice Hawaiian/​tropical theme.
Sarah Elliot is THE BEST massage therapist! Awesome, affordable deep tissue massage! Her hands are magic and I feel total tension relief after I see her.

I went to autumn here at coconuts. Not only did she take my last minute plea for a style she was so nice and pleasant to talk to. I showed up in need of a style with my clip in hair. I asked for volume thinking it would fall out an hr later like it normally does. Not only did I get volume I got awesome Sexy hair that got compliments all night long! She was cheaper than what my own friends would charge me and it lasted thru the night and into the next day! I will continue to go to autumm to get my hair done she is amazing!
If your really looking for someone who knows how to do hair. then she is your stylist! Can you tell how excited I am about finding someone who knows how to do their job. and perfect?

Kialey Beauchamp’s skin treatment services are through, relaxing and educational. I was extremely impressed on how she was not rushed and treated my skin as carefully as she would treat her own. I especially love the pressure amount when she would perform the message, this would send me off to a relaxing nap if chosen to do so. In addition, Kailey was very helpful to educate me on any questions I had regarding the products and different skin types.
The Salon itself was very cute, clean and welcoming. This place definitely has a cheery and beachy feel to it that makes one want to go on a nice tropical vacation. LOL — where’s the coconut bra and piña colada?!
