Dr J’s Elegant Reflections Med Spa

I have wanted to get laser hair removal for years but was always scared of the pain and horror stories my friends told me. I found this office from reviews on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. The staff was extremely friendly and informative about their brand new laser machine and even demoed it on my arm without the laser portion so I could understand how it would feel. It basically feels like a quick spurt of cold air. My first session was beyond painless and after a week I already started to see results. I’m on my third session and could not be happier. I even added additional areas to start more laser treatment on. I highly recommend this office!

Wonderful experiences time and time again! My laser hair treatments have gone so well and the staff is fantastic. Tianna is always on top of scheduling and is very easy to work with. Bonnie is amazing to work with, she makes the treatments go by so fast and she always explains everything ahead of time.

I am one of the few customers who after the American Laser Skin Care closed went back to this place to continue my treatments. Everything was going well until I got to my last two treatments. I noticed that all what these people care about was the money «not their customers»
It was my appointment before the last. They usually call to remind about the appointment a day or two before it and if you don’t want to change anything you just go to your appointment, you don’t need to call to confirm.
They called to remind me a day before the appointment and I didn’t call them back which means I was going to my appointment.
The day of my appointment was Friday. In the morning of that day, they TEXTED me which was really weird and I answered back to tell them that I am coming. After two or three hours the nurse «Bonne» called me again to ask the same question «if I am going to my appointment or not» and again I told her I am coming so «SHE ASKED ME TO GO THERE EARLIER» because basically it was friday and my appointment was the last one so they wanted to leave as early as they could.
I said ok and I was there 30 minutes earlier than my appointment. It was «Bonne» the nurse and another nurse there. Tianna the manager wasn’t there.
I asked about how many treatments I had left and Bonne started talking very rude to me and she literally said «if we are going to discuss this today you better cancel your appointment and come on another day because it’s FRIDAY»
I didn’t want to lose my appointment because my treatment was due, so I told her I will talk to Tiana then I made the payment and went with the other rude nurse to the room to get the treatment and I told her that they should be nicer to their customers.
She literally said «I AM NOT GOING TO BE COMFORTABLE TO TREAT YOU TODAY» I told her that I made a payment so I have to get my treatment, so rudely «WE CAN RETURN IT»
I said ok let’s return it and I left.
Bottom line the nurses did all what they could do to make me go earlier, and when I was there they did all what they could do to make me leave earlier so they could leave earlier too. They didn’t care about my treatments or the results or even keeping their customer. Also non of the manager or responsible people called back to ask about the problem.
They were very very rude

I was so nervous about getting laser and Botox but Tianna and Bonnie are the best they are both so professional and so sweet that they make every visit great! I am currently getting laser for Brazilian and under arms Bonnie makes you feel so comfortable, after my first treatment you notice right away, literally your hair falls out its amazing their cooling laser system make the whole experience amazing. As far as the injection the Doctor is Amazing and gentle he definitely knows what he’s doing and cares about his patients, the entire staff cares and is comforting I love it they are amazing I highly recommend visiting their office !!! My cousin refers me to this office for free consultation, so I asked question about the darkness around the eyes and I bought a perfect cream. It really improved the area in couple days, so I will go back to try more things that they offer. I want to give a special Thank for all the staff that work there. I recommend all my family and friends to this office.

I start laser treatments in May. I go monthly and am seeing great results. Staff is awesome. Very friendly environment. Also, they are very professional and clean. I enjoy my appointments. They are painless and quick. I am excited to have found an amazing place.

Being a guy, I did not expect to ever go to a MedSpa but I am so thankful that I found Dr’ J’s! I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments and not only is the customer service incredible, but the laser actually does not hurt. And best of all, my shoulder and neck hair is disappearing more and more after each treatment. I love it. My wife is also getting laser hair removal at Dr. J’s and she enjoys visiting the office and receiving her treatments. Very noticeable results with her decrease in hair as well.
They also offer several other services and it is a great place to get your skin taken care of. Dr. J is very friendly and knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss your needs then provide you with the best treatment plan! Tianna is incredible as she is not only friendly, but she is very well organized and is definitely knows her stuff. Both Bonnie and Jen have treated me and they are both personable and professional.

This really is a five star establishment. From the elegant décor, to the warm greeting, the thorough consultation and remarkable treatments… everything has been impressive. Better yet, they are affordable! I had laser hair removal (that didn’t hurt), Botox, b12 and Lipotropic injections. This was my first time ever getting any kind of laser hair removal and I was surprised that it didn’t hurt. The machine they use shoots cold air so you can barely feel it. My results were instant. Two weeks after my first treatment there was already a huge difference. I’ve had 6 treatments so far and the only thing I have to worry about this summer is peach fuzz.
Getting laser can be a little intimidating especially in the «down south» region. The nurses are very professional and always make you feel comfortable. The manager Tianna is so sweet she’s always up to date on knowledge about the machines they use and services they offer. My first time getting lip injections was because she cleared all my preconceived ideas about them and educated me on the matter.
I couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Emery has an eye for the natural look and is very professional. He can help you achieve any look you’re going for. From B12 shots and weight management to medical cosmetics and laser hair removal, I highly recommend this place for your one stop shop to get beautiful and start feeling good.

So, you hear a lot of mixed review on laser hair removal and how bad it hurts and how it doesn’t work but let me tell you other wise, this spa is not only the place to go to for non embracive hair removal with there Max Pro lasers that have cooling component in them but has the sweetest and most educated staff.
The manager Tianna always greets you with a smile and makes you feel important. She understand what we women need and is never trying to take advantage of you.
Dr Emery is so gentle with his injections and kind he makes you feel really comfortable in making decisions. The whole staff is well educated and professional. Always adding on to their collection of goodies that beautify you in and out. My results are amazing and I would highly recommend this spa to any one who wants to feel as good as I do.

I was their for the first time and I felt comfy and great I hope it will work out good with us and environment was amazing every thing was clean and arrange the lady that she met us she was explaining every step that she’s willing to do with us plus the nurse treated us so well and she told us every single step that she is going to do thanks to them and thanks to the company that giving that much of care… I hope it will work for me and I will be more than happy to tell my friends and family about the place… But I have question!
