I have had many opportunities to have this art restoration company work on my very special pieces. The one piece I was most happy with was a water color that belonged to my great grandmother. The piece needed cleaning after all the years of being hung on the walls of my moms home. I brought it in to Harrisons of London and was very suprised at how nice the piece cleaned up. I would recommend this buisness to everyone. Very professional.

I don’t like to give bad reviews on Unilocal b/​c I recognize businesses have their good days and bad days, good employees and bad employees– but I feel very strongly about warning the community about this place. I’d give this place 0 stars if it was an option on Unilocal.
Our insurance company hired them after a fire at our house, and these people know how to take advantage of the confusion and calamity surrounding this sort of situation. Without consulting us, they took a couple of worthless, cheap, junk print screens that we bought on
for $ 25 that were shoved in a closet to give away and billed us $ 500+ to «restore» the work. They also charged us about $ 2000 for a piece worth about $ 500, the bulk of the value of which was in the frame. Mind you, these pieces were barely damaged (if at all) as they were some distance away from the fire.
To add insult to injury, the owner screamed at us on the phone less than 2 weeks after sending us her itemized bill insisting we pay her «immediately». Before that particular meltdown, she called us 2 – 3 times a day every day requesting payment. Each time, we’d very calmly assured her that we’d send a check as soon as we received the money from our insurance company. On the day of her meltdown, she screamed «I called the insurance company and THEY ALREADY PAID YOU!!! THEY PAID YOU!!!» FYI– they had not paid us and we needed to straighten this matter out (along with a multitude of other issues) with them. Keep in mind that all this is happening less than 2 weeks after she sent her itemized bill.
Highly unethical business practices and downright crazy behavior by the owner. Please beware.

Brought some old family pics here. They made Old Grand Dad look like a young lad. Bring in your priceless painting, they will restore it and the bill won’t have you fainting!
