8⁄11 — update So I might have left a comment on their website about the mishap when it happened. Well, I got a voicemail from the owner, Andrew a few days after the incident and told me to give him a call. I sort of pushed it off and forgot about it but thought of his voicemail today when boyfie and I wanted pizza again. Decided to give him a call, he apologized, super friendly and funny guy. Said he doesn’t like cheese pizza and if it happened to him, he would have been pretty upset. Haha To our surprise, he told us to go in for a free pepperoni pizza which was perfect timing since we wanted some today. A few minutes later, we went to the store and the same veteran girl from the original incident was there. *note to Andrew– if she’s not a manager, she should be. At least give the girl a raise ;) she’s a really hard worker and seems to really know what she’s doing. She said Andrew wanted us to have a fresh pizza and it would take another 2 – 3 minutes. We sat down and waited, got the pizza, double checked while walking to the car this time, went home and ate the best, freshest little caesars pizza we’ve ever had. Thanks Andrew! :) Talk about rebounding with great customer service. Taco Bell needs to learn from you lol(refer to my Taco Bell review) ******* This is the closest location so I’ll still go when I want cheap and fast pizza. However, boyfie and I were just there like minutes ago to pick up some buffalo wings and a pepperoni pizza. The cashier seemed new because she wrote bbq on the ticket for the veteran who was making our wings. Luckily, the vet knew well enough to double check w us before putting the sauce on so we corrected her that it was buffalo sauce. What really sucks though is what we thought was pepperoni was actually cheese when we opened the box when we came home! Still gonna eat it since we’re hungry but come on. Really?

Really can’t complain about their $ 5 «Hot and Ready» pizzas. You have your choice of pepperoni or cheese, and you pay $ 5 for a large, hot pizza. I don’t eat at chain restaurants for the most part, but when I offered to sponsor a pizza party for an elementary school and did the math in my head thinking I could get them from Sammy’s Woodfired or something, I was like«Ohhhhh oops.» So, when Little Caesar’s allowed me to pre-pay for the pizzas and a co-worker could pick them up, I was all over that deal. Heard back from the school that the pizza was«delicious and gobbled up by a mob of hungry kiddos.» Sounds good to me, for large groups Little Caesar’s was a cheap winner.
