let me tell you about my experience with this metro location, the owner of this location his name is Tony he is very kind, nice and experience but his employees were very rude inconsiderate and unprofessional.
The two employees are girls that have a bad attitudes and didn’t know how to do the job and they don’t seam to have any proper education either.
The tech guy called in sick, I saw him picking up his check and seamed very strong and healthy and did half of the support service to transfer my contact and left half way before completing the transfer which was never completed.
I had to go to one of my friends who was more knowledgeable than these employees that should be fired or retrained to chance there unprofessional attitude.
If the owner realizes this problem and let these girls go and called me or write me back, I will be willing to edit my review and say he did the right thing to cleanse his business from these employees.
