O Stars! After reading all of these comments, it seems they do not like Groupons or any kind of gift cards. I had $ 100.00 in Spafinder gift cards, excuse me, but SOMEONEPAID $ 100.00 for these cards so I feel they are just as good as money. However, I was told I could only get«services» with my card, not any products. I am not a spa type person, so I wanted to buy makeup, etc. FINE, I will go elsewhere. On the back of my Spafinder gift card, it clearly states«GOODFORPRODUCTSORSERVICES». Yet they will not honor it. This place sucks.

Tonya at XO day spa is the very best!!! If you are looking for waxing, facials, anything a spa offers she does it and does an amazing job!!! The prices are the best around. Customer service is next to none. Outstanding experience every time!!! The environment is so inviting and just wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about her and her services!!!

This is a really Nice New Spa in the Rancho San Diego area, I’ve been a couple times now and will be going back to try some if the other girls for different services, its small, relaxing and very classy, your also not rushed through your appointment. I was givin TLC with both my treatments. C’helle

I’m writing this review two months after I went to Wendy through a kgb deal for a microderm. I had never had this done before so I didn’t know what to expect. everything seemed pretty quick & painless. nothing bad but also nothing good to particularly say. I was in & out in 15min. I just got another microderm today only to realize Wendy totally ripped me off! the service received today from Terry at salon bordeaux was 110% better! I will not be returning to Wendy and definitely do not recommend her.

I purchased $ 150 worth of services through Sign on San Diego and upon my arrival Wendy the Witch greeted me with, «I didn’t know you were using one of these», like I had just handed her something that smelled bad. She then rudely informed me it was not actually for $ 150 worth of services, but rather for their Relax and Renew package which was a facial($ 45 value) and massage($ 45 value). She could not show me anywhere on the Coupon that this was what I signed up for. She carried on for quite awhile until I could no longer stand it and asked that she not be so unkind. I should have left and taken it up with Sign on San Diego. The massage person did not introduce herself, but she was very good. The message was ½ hour. I was then sent off to Wendy for the facial. Once in the room, she again started to rag on about how I was the only person who didn’t understand the coupon. I couldn’t believe it. I said nothing. She did not ask if I was comfortable or my preference to the music playing which was nice but way too loud for relaxing. I was afraid to say anything for fear of setting her off again. It was not a relaxing pleasant experience. I write this review so others will make very sure to understand what they are getting or be willing to face the wrath of Wendy. When I got home I looked up the Relax and Renew Package on their website and it said I was to relax for a one hour message and a one hour facial. Ha! Didn’t happen. I was out of there in just over an hour. Maybe these coupons aren’t a good idea. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve been going to Wendy for almost a year now. Started going when I was pregnant(has the best products out there for pregnent women and it’s affordable). And now I still continue to go for micodermabrasion. I’m starting to love the skin I’m in!
