City Wide Tree Service

A week ago Monday we had CityWide out & Ubaldo who was in charge said there should be no problem. We have a pool that we were told had a leak and the shrub roots were growing into the pipes & so needed to be removed. One other obstacle was the pool which didn’t allow much space between pool and wall which the shrubs were attached. There were 3 men & Ubaldo who oversaw the job. The guys were great they pull the shrubs down without getting hardly anything in the pool and if anything did get in the pool they cleaned it out. When they left everything was clean. The pricing was fair and I plan on using them again. they also do landscaping and a variety of other things. Great job! Thank you

Ubaldo and his crew were absolutely amazing! Ubaldo was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time talking to us and answering all our questions and concerns regarding our 60ft Date Palm (on a hillside), Olive Tree and various shrubs we wanted removed in preparation of the wet winter to come. He also gave us landscaping suggestions as to what would do well in certain areas of our property.
Him and his crew were here bright and early on our scheduled day! He walked them around our property explaining what exactly was to be done. His crew was professional as well, very hard working and did not disturb any of our other plants. During the 2 days his crew was here, Ubaldo came multiple times to check on the work and keep us updated. Once completed, we walked our yard and, again, he gave us ideas to fit our style for future landscaping!
Ubaldo went above and beyond! I have to say… we were very impressed!

Little late with the post but wanted to chime in. City Wide removed our palm tree (stump included) for a great price. Work was great. Clean up was fantastic, and they even handled my troublesome neighbor. Overall they were great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for work on their trees. Process from quote to completion was great. Very easy to work and communicate with. Thank you again for everything.

we were quoted by another company $ 2500 to trim our tree, city wide did it for only $ 1200! it was a huge job and it looks fantastic!

My residence needed some hillside clean up, 3 palm trees trimmed and 2 ash trees removed and stump grinded.
Ubaldo –the owner arrived to my residence and took the time explaining how long it would take to complete the job. The crew ranged from 2 to 6 men took over 17 hours within two days. In addition, I felt at ease with the explanation of details, safety his crew utilized and has a state license.
The price given wasn’t the least expensive but I felt comfortable with Ubaldo’s presentation of the business, additional landscaping suggestions, tree trimming on my acre sized lot.
I also ended up having them cut down the fallen tree and eucalyptus firewood cut into pieces for wood burning in my pot belly stove for the winter nights.
I’m satisfied with the quality workmanship and professionalism of Ubaldo and his crew. I would recommend City Wide for any size job.
