CLOSED! «Sorry, but this location is permanently closed», says the sign on the door. I have no idea when they closed as I haven’t been here in a year or two. I drove to this location because I had a craving for a sub sandwich that wasn’t Subway. I was disappointed to see this Quizno’s closed as it was the closest to me and the next nearest one closed 2 – 3 years ago. There’s no longer a Quizno’s close enough to be worth driving to — many of these franchised locations closed because they couldn’t compete with Subway. Sure, Quizno’s made better sandwiches, but they couldn’t complete with Subway’s obsequiousness and value proposition; Subway is everywhere and gives you bang for your buck. I could have gone across the street to the relatively new Jersey Mike’s Subs, but I ended up going to Subway.

FINALLY a close location! OMG! There is finally I close location of Quiznos! NOMORE having to drive to the one on Beach by Knot’s Berry Farm with NOPARKING! I was SUPERDUPERHAPPY this location opened! I can NOW have my hot sandwich without a fight for parking! I go here and I am in and out in no time! There is usually NOT a line which is GREAT! I hope they are getting enough traffic to keep them open! IT would really SUCK if they closed and I had to go back to the other one. ANDTRUTHBETOLD, I WOULDN’T! I’d just stop going here all together! The annoyance factor far supersedes my need for a sandwich! The employees are REALLYNICE here and the service is FAST! I always love being able to grab some pepperchini’s on my way out and they keep the store NICEANDCLEAN! And there is PLENTY of PARKING! You can almost park sideways!

This place is great! My wife was sick from eating at another restaurant, but not only was she able to eat this food, it was REALLY good. The people that work there are really nice and put forth excellent customer service! Next time I am in the area, I will be sure to stop by here for lunch!

Quizno’s is Subway with a different name – except it is much more expensive. The sandwiches are not unique, the combinations are not that cheap. The food is not that tasty. Bottomline: Returning to Quizno’s is a NO!

Nothing really special about this place, they generally get your order right, make it and it get it to you. The staff doesn’t do anything special, but they don’t do anything terribly wrong. Get there before noon, the place fills up with business folk quickly.

This place do not welcome any coupons! I can’t leave zero star but I would do so if I could. Please refer to the coupon photo I attached. When I walked in, I hand it to the owner and asked him if I can use this coupon. He looked at it and pause for two minutes and said ok. I said what are my choices? He pointed the meal section on the board. I said I want turkey sandwich with wheat bread. He started to make it. When he finished the first sandwich, I said what is my second selection for my second sandwich? He said, your second will not be free. You have to buy a drink and pay for the second one? WHAT??? I thought I didn’t hear him clearly so I asked him to explain it one more time(he has strong accent). He said«your second sandwich is not free.» I said but the coupon said…(please refer to the coupon photo) He said, «does it say FREE on the coupon?» Well to me, the coupon is buy one get one free. But he said again” does it say FREE.?” I realized that he didn’t want me to use that coupon from the very beginning. I said I am very disappointed and cancel my order then walked out. Never ever go back to that again! Sheesh…

Atrocious, to non-existent, customer service. We like sandwiches for lunch. Lots of options in the area with multiple Subway shops dotting almost every strip mall, Paesano’s Italian subs, and Ralphs Market(who makes sandwiches at their deli counter). At Quiznos the sandwich makers are great. Nice folks. Upbeat. They do a great job. My consternation is with the guys at the register(the owners, I believe). They’re horrible. When I pay for my food, I don’t get any eye contact or acknowledgement. No «come again,» «thanks for choosing Quiznos,» or a «see you next time.» I believe once I actually heard a grunt, which could have been a burp or indigestion, and not a direct comment to me. So. .. we won’t be eating at this location again. Interesting. There used to be a crowd at lunch time. The shop is located in an industrial area. In fact, a few months ago FedEx moved out of the flagship spot, and thought I saw signs that Quiznos was expanding to incorporate that store space. Today, 1:15pm on a Wednesday afternoon, beginning of the month, days after payday, there were few customers. One person eating her lunch, a cop picking up lunch for himself and his buddies, and me. I wonder why… If they close we won’t miss them. There’s another Quiznos at Beach & La Palma. One Prime Beef Sandwich with Hollandaise sauce and one soda came to $ 11.83. Kinda price. Maybe we’ll just stick with Foggia’s, Paesano’s and Ralphs.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. I was intrigued to try the Lobster Seafood sub at Quiznos after seeing a commercial and receiving coupons at my home. When I ordered two regular subs using a coupon, I was informed that it wasn’t valid for the Lobster Seafood sub. As the coupon only stated that it was not valid for«Toasty subs», I questioned why I couldn’t redeem it. A manager then said I could only use it on the small sub size. This makes absolutely no sense, as the coupon explicitly states it was valid for small or regular. Upon returning to the office, I discovered that there was practically no lobster/seafood in the sub, as it was mostly filled with lettuce. What a terrible disappointment this has been. Promotional coupons that are used to lure customers into the stores should be honored, and Quiznos should not allow cheap franchise owners to short change customers.(I have a picture of the subs I received if any of you are actually interested.) Avoid this Quiznos; the chain is in deep trouble if this franchise is representative of the service and food they claim to offer.

This place is a good place to eat. It’s clean and not too busy to order your food. The workers there are very nice, funny and they never got my order wrong. I will be coming back again =)

I used to visit this Quiznos about once a week up until about 2 years ago when I stopped working in the area. Well, I’ve started working in this area again, and I am back. Things haven’t changed much. The food is pretty much standard with any Quiznos you go. I like to go to Quiznos because they have the horseradish sauce and the vinaigrette available along with the jalapeño and the yellow peppers on the counter for your sandwiches. One thing I hope they change is their fountain drink options. Their iced teas aren’t really too great. Why can’t they just get a decent regular iced tea? Regardless… until I stop working in the area, I probably will return over and over.

So to the people who I emailed the link to the coupon for the free sandwich, I had no idea that NOT all Quiznos accepted the coupon. This location, which used to be my favorite To-Gos, did accept the coupon. I had called in advance just to make sure. I ordered the beef dip because I love dips, especially Philippes beef dip sandwiches. Well, if you think Philippes’ sandwiches are small, you’re going to think these are for midgets… tiny, minuscule, petite, tenny weeny… every word you can think of. I think I had finished the sandwich in 2 bites. I did end up using the au jus for cooking one of my vegetable dishes later that night. I had another coupon but I just thought to myself, what for? The sandwich was ok, I wouldn’t pay $ 4.69 + tax for it. Thank goodness it was free.
