This Office Depot has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, from poor inventory quality to rude sales representatives. I’d literally spent 40 minutes trying to get a desk that was supposedly in their inventory. Finally they gave up looking and just ordered it online. That in itself took another 10 minutes. When I came in for an in-​store pick up, the manager insisted my item was $ 39 when online it was $ 19.99. My coupon for $ 10 off was the only reason why I payed $ 20 for it. Honestly, I was too frustrated and annoyed by the whole shopping experience to argue any further. I just wanted to leave that place as quickly as possible. Advice to my fellow shoppers? Don’t waste your time on this Office Depot and just order online and ship it to your house. It’s definitely less stressful and better for your blood pressure.
