I love this pizza place! I order online only and it’s always been a great experience. Even when I messed up or they messed up, their store & online support team is super on point!
I hv gotten 2 free pizzas outside of my reward points.. And each time it has been gr8. Well there was 2xs the people pizza was off but not enough to not eat it or I would call back and tell them. and they sent out a new pizza rt away.
Everyone at Papa Johns are professional & nice. Funny too.
I love the online options. So fast and ppl use coupon codes on «RetailMeNot» app on website. Pizza will be half off or up to 25% off.
I a very happy customer and I encourage all ppl to learn how to order online via ur cell or iPad .
They know ur info and favorites and is super encrypted.
I love the Rewards program. A free press pizza every couple of pizzas. So easy when u hv friends over and they hv pizza for ur no-​meat eating friends.

Well two for two, I order Papa Johns all the time, the very first that didn’t take AMEX for God’s sake McDonalds takes AMEX… Join the 21^st century before it’s over… Put on the big boy pants & become a real business!

Great service! I had to drive out here because the one in Waldorf (Smallwood Dr.) hadn’t delivered my pizza after 2 hours. I came out here and had excellent service. The staff is so friendly and my pizza was delicious! The Waldorf store decided to deliver 3 hours later… save yourself the headache and just come here!

What is the deal with this place??? It seems service and food is either really good or really bad… my daughter and I ordered our food online on 4÷21÷14 went to the store to pick it up and the guy kept telling me my card wouldn’t work. There was plenty of funds on the card so I called the company and had to wait 30 minutes to get someone all the the while I stood right there in the store by the counter. The rep assured me there was no issue with my card and it was something on the end of Papa John’s. I even relayed this to the guy right there while the rep was on the phone and asked him again to run it and again it would not work. So she said it was some sort of encryption error on their end and the guy at Papa John’s was like I have no idea. So I hung up and told him obviously I have no idea what the problem was and that I had no other method of payment. He just looked at me and said «I don’t know.» The big issue i havs is this: After standing there for 45 minutes dealing with all this, and how it was not my fault the card didn’t work, and the fact that my daughter was sitting there fussing about being hungry you would think the guy would just give me the $ 8.00 pizza… but nope he did not. I was honestly pretty shocked. But oh well. We rent right across the parking lot and Chick Fil A took my card with no problems! Pretty crappy customer service Papa John’s!

I order from here all the time. On the very rare occasion something is wrong with my order they fix it fast. Speaking of fast, they get my orders here in under a half hour routinely.
