I saw the reviews and decided to check it out. Prices were awesome. Service was good. I had the carne asada burrito and 2 carne asada tacos. EXTREMELYCHEWY. Literally every bite my boyfriend and I took had a fatty piece of meat in it. I didn’t finish my burrito, and when I offered it to my boyfriend he said give it to the dog. No thanks. Bought a carton of juice from the liquor store section, and was charged 40 cents for a cup with ice. Not a very good experience. I won’t be back. Beware: stomach will be gassy after.

This place is so good, I had a burrito and loved it(I’m very picky about how my meat is cooked, it came out perfect, not hard to chew and seasoned perfected) and there fish tacos are yummy too(didn’t need to add anything to it but chile). It’s confusing when you walk in because it looks like a liquor store in the front. It’s a small restaurant but the food is delicious.

Loved this place! Close to my home and work. Great food, even my picky kids like it. I’m Mexican so I am picky about Mexican food. This place is like eating at home. My favorite is the Tacos de papa and their aguas frescas.

I’ll start with the environment of the spot. It’s a liquor store with a taqueria with 4 tables in the back. The place is clean and the guy running the place is super nice and hospitable. I ordered the carne asada gordita and a pineapple refreshment(agua de piña). The gordita was pretty good, well prepared. I must mention the tortillas are made from scratch and so was my gordita. Before they bring your food out to you the give you a small cup of a delicious bean soup(frijoles charros) and will they will even refill if you want. My gordita was $ 4 and my drink was $ 1.75 It was definitely reasonable. The place definitely is a whole in the wall with decent food.
