Do not bring any clothes here!!! They have ruined 2 pieces of clothing and when I brought it up to the owners attention she acted like nothing was wrong. I explained to her that this was the reason I stopped coming here and she just looked at me like she didn’t care. She didn’t offer a discount not even an apology. I will for sure stop coming here. So disappointed!!!

This place is the pits. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever have anything important to you dryclean at this location. The business owner is very unprofessional, rude, condescending, and plain ignorant.

I’ve been going to this particular Cleaners for years now… and for good reason. Carl’s Cleaners has been around for a long time and they offer a lot for their customers. Don’t listen to the other angry reviewers, as a regular here I have not had a single issue yet. As long as you are respectful, the owners will work with you to the fullest since they are reasonable people.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE! They completely ruined my husband’s dress shirt. My clothes were supposed to be ready on Tuesday, but I decided to pick them up on Thursday (my husband needed them later that evening). I showed up around noon, and the lady/​owner told me only part of my clothes were ready. That seem odd to me already (why didn’t I get a phone call), then she showed me the shirt that was ready and told me that she couldn’t get the stains out. She showed me the sleave that looked like it had oil on it. When I tried to tell her that-​that stain wasn’t on there before, she twisted my words around. As to say-​my husband was working on a car. I told her, «my husband doesn’t work on cars in a tuxedo»! She continued to argue that it was there already. I wasn’t about to argue any further with a stubborn/​rude person, so I paid and left.(not before she slammed my receipt on the counter) Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back here. They ruined a hundred dollar dress shirt! Just hoping this review will help someone so they can avoid getting their clothes ruined. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle and $.

Becareful this man is bipolar and has real anger issues. The lady is really nice and clothes come out nice. But he is very rude and mean .he has no social skills or customer service skills. …he flip me off and was yelling at me… a real weirdo

Very bad service he became angry when I took pictures of my overcoat told me that I had better go to some other dry cleaners I couldn’t believe he was so mad at me so I took my jacket and left

Well done, cheap and professional service

while they do great work on their dry cleaning, the lady there is very rude, and whenever you have an issue she is quick to cut you off. My husband asked her about next day cleaning and she just handed him back the clothes. I won’t be going here anymore as there is plenty of other cheaper and friendlier places.

I’ve been coming here for years. Never any issues, staff is friendly, they know my entire family since we pick up each others dry cleaning. Prices are moderate and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
