BE WARNED: the owner Olga Sepulvida steals money from tax returns. This will go unnoticed unless one requests a tax transcript from the IRS and compares the returns. When confronted she states it is a rapid refund fee. Rapid refund fee was not mentioned while preparing taxes and has charged $ 500‑1000 for this fee. No one in their right mind will pay a fee that high. I let this go unnoticed for 2 consecutive years. I know 4 people who fell victim. She has paid back 2 people so far. If she were not in the wrong she would not pay out thousands. She has been in business for over 28 years, who know how much money she stole.

This establishment is unprofessional and do not know how to properly file taxes. Unfortunately I have been going here for 3 years and for the past 3 years they have been stealing money from my refund, and when confronted they said they did not care and that they were not going to help me or give me my money back. They are currently under investigation by the IRS and soon the law. Do not do any sort of business with them.
