The food was fine but the place did not look clean at all.

We had to wait almost ten minutes for service and we were the only ones in line, drive thru seems to get better service

My baby brother has a voucher to Mc Donald that he has been begging me to take him. We went through drive through since it was pouting very hard. The voucher that he got from school was missing a card. The lady at the window was so generous to check with her manager to see what they can do. They honored his voucher which made my brother so happy. thank you for being so kind to my brother. luv your service and the food is actually good.

Dishonest pricing. The menu on board says $ 4.19 for Big Mac only. If you want to add medium combo +$ 2.00. I got charged $ 6.59 instead at the register. When complained, manager acted confused first. After spending a good 1 – 2 minutes pointing at the menu board, then just said «Oh it’s been that way», and left.

Once again, they never get the order straight. I’m not clear how they want to raise the minimum wage? This job can be done by my 5 year old. Not old did they mess the order, they do not pay attention to their customers order.

Came to this McDonald’s for a bite to eat. Whole I was ordering I felt rushed by the lady taking the order. Even to the point that she gave me my total while I was still checking out the menu. Then I get to the window to pick up my food and the man that that was handing me my order totally ignored me have me my food and kept on his conversation with his co worker. I even had to ask for my drinks. Then to top it all off I had to go back cause they forgot to give me my parfait. And their shake machine was broken. My husband was upset that he didn’t get a mcflurry.

This is a decent location I frequent quite often and I enjoy it. The parking is limited so, it can become a little hectic during lunch and dinner times. You can park out in the street if you need to but I would just go through the drive thru if need be.
I always go for breakfast and get an Oatmeal with no brown sugar and a small coffee. The Oatmeal cost 2:19 $ which, I think is pretty cool an affordable. It is mixed with Granny smith apples, cranberries, and some raisins. This location does it right because, the oatmeal is not all wet and running. its solid with very little water and that’s the way I like it.
The coffee is refreshing and cost 99 cents a stellar deal compared to the over priced 5:00 $ coffees one buys at Starbucks.
The restaurant is semi clean and the workers are usually nice. They also have free wifi which, is convenient.

I love this McDonald’s because their food is always fresh late at night but I am so pissed right now because I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets SPECIFIED that I wanted three sweet and sour sauce. I confirmed it with them as they gave me my bag if she put the sauce in there and the lady just nodded at me and continued to talk with her coworker about her first world problems. I get home and find she only gave me me two sauces and they were BARBEQUE??? Come on

I hate this McDonald’s they gave me two cookies for a dollar and the McDonald’s manager is a dumb asshole

Omg!!! If I could give negative stars I would how is this place allowed to operate!!! We decided to go eat here after the carnival down the street. There was throw up on the floor by the door walking in. Lousy service messed up our order several times. The soda serving area was a mess looks like it has not been cleaned all day. I came here to let my kids play in the kids area but couldn’t cause the place was crawling with ants. I could hear several other customers complaining about there orders!!! I won’t even start on the restrooms! I can’t believe how bad this place is never have I been to a Mc Donald’s so nasty… Never never never never eat here

This morning I took my family a.k.a. My grandkids to McDonald’s this morning because they was giving away breakfast to kindergarten through eighth grade between 6:30 AM and 9:30 Am. And as I was placing my order I noticed that they had a roach coming from the corner around the countertop then I noticed that the cookie jar didn’t have a top on it and as I saw the roach I asked the cashier can they please throw those cookies away due to the fact I don’t know where the roach came from in all the manager did was sent one of her workers out went a towel to try to kill the roach. But before all that happened it was raining this morning and I asked him cash or can I place the order for my grandkids because They parents were still parking and she asked the cashier the manager told her no and told me to step out the line so that the other customers can place the order but I was going to order my meal to. So that will be the last time I will go to that McDonald’s

Every time I order a 6 piece kids meal for my daughter I get the regular 4 piece, either they don’t know how to count or just dumb. Rather go to the new McDonald’s down the street. Glad I don’t order anything from here or they would probably screw my order up to.

I like the design of the place. Just the people that eat there are shady. I felt a little scared in there. Plus there were a lot of flies around in the air :(food was good though. Just need to tidy up a bit is all.

Was trying to kill some time till my barber opened up. The boy was hungry and then nephew wanted coffee, so decided to kill 3 birds with one stone and stopped by here to get breakfast for that hour. We’ve driven past this McDonald’s several times on the way to the barbershop and it seemed it was being remodeled like forever. Well they did a pretty good job of remodeling it because inside was probably one of the prettiest McDonalds I’ve ever seen.
There were several flat screens around the dining area but only two or three were turned on. At the bottom of the counter where you order, they have screens depicting fish in an aquarium. In the center of the dining room, there’s a cylindrical water feature that spins the water in the «tornado» pattern. There’s even a little nook where people could read if they wanted to. Another feature that you don’t really see everyday is that there were plugs EVERYWHERE. I guess they want you to stay there on your laptop or phone because they were all over the place.

Extremely SLOW
Been through the drive thru a few times here at this location hopeing for different results, but sadly to say, their service is extremely slow.
One incident, the cashier asked if I wanted to wait 2 min for the food, after the 10 min I already waited from the previous customer, or if I wanted to go around. I looked at the rear view mirror and see another car, being the nice guy, I said I’ll go around (thinking that the food was ready for the guy behind me), big mistake ever. Waited another 10 min for 10 nuggets and a sweet tea. Enough time to write this review and wait some more.

I know I sound like a fat ** complaining about Mc Donald’s but this place is the worse!!! One they fill your fries half way (if you buy a large they give you medium or small size serving), if you ask for easy ice they give you less soda, they always mess up my order and if you don’t check your bag guaranteed your missing something. Hahahaha on three different occasions they shortened me on chicken nuggets. Don’t go here find another spot and then they might improve… Would give no stars if it was an option

I ordered 2 chicken snack wraps ranch and crispy chicken with 1 mcchicken and a large cup. What I got was 1 ranch grilled snack wrap and 1mcchicken and the lady was telling me that was my order so I handed her the receipt of what I ordered and the one who took my order only charged me for 1 snack wrap 1 mcchicken and my drink so I had to order again I wasn’t going to be that mean to point at people but come on get it together ! This stuff does not happen in Mexican restaurants where it REALLY gets busy

Horrible place. We’ve been here through drive thru 3 times, the 2^nd and 3^rd time was just to see if maybe it was a one time thing or maybe just a bad day but No. They got our order wrong every time. We always go to the McDonalds on puente and valley and we are only going there from now on.

Check your bag /​burgers before leaving drive thru. The never get it right. We’ve gotten mcgriddles with no meat just buns. Staff is incompetent and gets attitude when you tell them they made a mistake.

Okay ordered 4 hash browns, 1 coffee, and small caramel frappé. Oh wait and two sausage mcmuffins but they forgot one key ingredient… the main ingredient… the FREAKING SAUSAGE! How do you forget the sausage? Really? I am just so freaking done…
