I work inside the same center so I frequent this location often. Love the new cold brew, it’s so smooth compared to the regular iced coffee! I’ve always had excellent service. The only thing I don’t like is the ice blended drinks. They seem to be made with a powder that doesn’t really «blend», I always find large chunks in my straw… but that is a company flaw I think, not specific to the location. I’ll continue to be a regular customer!

This CBTL is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is so effecient and incredibly nice. The drive-​thru is not too bad and the quality coffee and friendly staff is well worth the wait. I’m very impressed with this location and the general manager Edward is great!

The drive thru is probably the slowest drive thru ANYWHERE. Please carve out an extra 20 minutes if you use the drive thru. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. I’m giving them 2 stars because the employees are very nice.

Why does it take sooooooo long for the drive thru at this place? I go here when I pass by the Starbucks and see the line around the building. There are 2 cars in front of me today and it took 13 minutes to get thru?! Why??? It looks like there’s 2 people working and no one inside ordering… AND this isn’t the first time it’s taken forever to get coffee. I just don’t get it. I’ve seen 3 people working and I’m the only one waiting in the drive thru and it still takes more than 5 minutes to get my order? I just want coffee!!!

Nice and quiet here, music is a good volume, not blasting like Starbucks. I heard I came right after the crowd. Service is fast, nice, no problems with my Large Americano w/​Hazelnut powder. Which is another huge plus to me: powder instead of syrup like Starbucks uses. The coffee is better quality here, stronger, and u get more espresso for less cost compared to Starbucks. AND this location doesn’t have like 20 flies roaming around instead their café like I experienced at one of the Starbucks locations around here. Clean and nicely kept. Keep it up Coffee Bean, u need to open more locations out here

One star because I couldn’t leave 0. This CBTL is THE WORST I’ve ever had the misfortune to go to. They are slow (30 min drive through is normal) and my order is always wrong. Their pricing isn’t standard and every time I go, my drink (always the same thing) is a different price.
Clueless and unfriendly staff make this Bean somewhere to avoid. I’ve complained to corporate several times and nothing has ever changed.

The worst beverage I ever had service was horrible when as for assistance to the manager it was like tits on a boar…
No just teasing it was pretty damn good ! The manager was cute and very helpful! Go enjoy, forget Starbucks with their burnt smoky tasting coffee

I absolutely LOVE coffee bean! Their Iced Vanilla Latte is to die for along with the Iced caramel Latte. Yummmm! I need one as I type lol. Way better than Starbucks and I love the customer service here! Always so happy and smiling!

I have never been here before. I came here to get a cold drink while waiting for my boyfriend to get a haircut. I ordered a large tea lemonade, thinking it would taste similar to what I have had a Starbucks. It took almost 9 minutes to make the drink and there was barely anyone in the shop. There were two customers who ordered after me that got their drinks before I did. I was going to ask for a refund when I finally got my drink. The barista gave me a larger drink (32 oz) for my wait, which is WAY too large for me. I would have preferred a free drink. Or actually a refund, because the drink tasted like pure sugar and not even iced tea.

Always a good choice over the crappy «coffee» that Starbucks tries to sell.
Espresso is hand pressed and not machine pressed like the green coffee shop.
Staff is friendly, location is easy to get to and plenty of indoor or outside seating. Kid-​friendly also where their coffee-​free drinks.

The CB&TL has better iced tea than anyone. Their ice is awesome, as they have ice pellets. One of my favorite things USED TO BE getting refills on my iced tea, only $ 1. With that, we often go in multiple time each day. BUT NO LONGER, COMPANY HAS SINCE STOPPED THIS. Service is good and they often recognize us. I’m not a coffee drinker, but my wife sure likes it, and my kids love the variety of other drinks.

I guess late night coffee or tea drinking is not a snowbird thing…
Good location plenty of outdoor seating and about 8 chairs inside
Great service and this location has a drive thru also
