Last few times that I have gone every time I ask for extra sauce they never ever give me the sauce!!! Hey made me wait for 10 minutes for an egg roll and still forget for the extra that I asked for!!! Plus it was almost closing time and when I got home of course it’s too late! I called to complain & the manager was«busy»… Pathetic!

Don’t eat here. This place is a rip off. Ridiculously small portions for excessive prices. Wont ever eat here again…

We came in 9:30(half an hour before closing) we weren’t greeted when we came in. Barely any food, not even enough for a full serving and they were going to charge even for what was left. We tried samples and they even shut off the burners early because the food was cold. Bleh! What’s the point of staying open late only if you come in to get sold scraps! Disappointed we left.

I give it four because it costs a lot and isn’t that great. But they are all ways friendly. I noticed yesterday more so. They welcome you now, which must be new… they never used to do that. The food is all ways fresh, I’ve never gotten sick from eating there. Been coming here since 2008. I don’t expect much… so the more you do the better. Very clean… but it is too expensive. I have gone to the one in Glendora and don’t care for that one at all. Too snooty!

Whoa, they have the honey sesame chicken breast again and it was as delicious as always. I coupled that with the honey walnut shrimp and rice. I wish this restaurant had a drive-thru. There is plenty of parking but it’s not a restaurant were I would like to stay to eat my food. Too packed, so I always take my food to go. I asked the girl at the cash register if she knew of a good place for BoBa Tea and she happily sent me next door. Cool tip!

Worst ever. Got 2 with the same thing and one girl puts a good amount of chicken and the other girl is counting the broccoli!?! Really counting the broccoli!!! And I paid 16 dollars for that. Never going back again.

Okay… we love Panda… but this visit was not a good one… In fact we asked for our money back as a way of protesting. We were really hungry but we gave them back all of the food and went to another Panda… Can you imagine a manager telling a paying customer that they were WRONG… Can you imagine intimidating all of her help… We will never go back there again… Our visit was one hour ago on a Wed night…

It’s 9:00 p.m. and they are out of Orange Chicken, which I know is their biggest seller! Really poor planning and management.

I personally like their food but laugh at the«Gourmet Chinese Food» slogan. Is that just a way to charge higher prices? Their prices aren’t really that bad. They always seem very busy and the consistency with their dishes is just fine. Just remember to grab fork and napkins on the way out on a to-go order or you may end up eating it with your fingers. Seriously I had use a spoon out of my truck’s glove compartment once. Oh well such is life!

I love panda but honestly the staff here is shit. I went last week and just got a quick bowl. So I ask for chow mien and rice. I ask for the shrimp, the honey walnut kind. Now I have not been in a while so I did not know what was extra. So she basically dumps some on there and says” only $ 1.25 extra that okay“ Ummm, could you ask before putting in on there? So I say nope, not okay. And she stops and looks at me. So I said, ‘If I had known it was extra before you put in on there. I would not have got it. So no thank you I will get something else”. She had an attitude and scraped off the rice and put the shrimp back.ew. Then she put very little orange chicken, I was not in the mood to argue so I left. Flash to last night, my boyfriend and I went to Panda around 8:00. He asked for brown rice. the lady ignores him and puts fried rice and chow mien. Wow is it that hard to follow directions? So once she decides to listen I tell her to take it off. So I order mine. THIS time I am willing to pay extra for shrimp. However there were only a couple and they looked old. Keep in mind if you go here and request FRESH food they have to do it. So I said I would like the shrimp, please make a fresh batch. She looks at me and says oh no it is not old. I say ok. I do not want it so I will wait for a fresh batch. An hour before closing they do not make new food, if they tell you it is new they lied. I had friend work at Panda and at like 7:45 they just stir the food. So when I go at that time I ALWAYS asks for a fresh order. So after this entire thing I wait. and wait.and finally get my food. As my boyfriend and I leave I realize I left my keys inside. I go in and ask a woman and she says«No nobody found keys’ So I look her in the face and say«Okay but how about you ASK the other people and do not feed me some BS before asking» I hate when people do that. They automatically say no because they are too lazy to ask or they do not care. Last time going here. I am better off going to the one in glendora. I found my keys outside and thought about going in and apologizing but no thanks. They do not deserve it.

Poor service and very small portions. Manager and cashier were rude and were not very courteous. Had to wait for our food and when it was finally cooked, they hoped we forgot as they argued about our order. Never going to eat there again.

My wife and I really like going to Panda Express and we usually get 1 order with 2 entrees. Thi time the young lady who took our order told we could even get egg rolls with our meal and it would count as 1 entrée, but when she rang up the order it seemed a little bit more. So I asked her why it, because it seemed kinda high, then she told egg rolls were a premium item a good sales technique.

Omg… worst place EVER!!! Counter staff is very rude and impatient. Guess you need to know exactly what you want and whatever you do… do not ask any questions! The first person we spoke with was taking our order and because we were not sure of what we wanted he got really agitated and had someone else finish our order. So we were still trying to finish up and the first guy told the next guy,“see what I mean”. This was the first and last time we visited the store. NEVERAGAIN!

Food was ok, and so was the service. It was quick and easy. The only complaint I have is that the cream cheese rangoons were a little over cooked and had been sitting out for a while. Those are my favorites so it really disappointed me. Also they didn’t give me a fortune cookie which sucked… That’s why they only got 2 out of 5 stars.

Panda panda bo banda mi my mo manda PANDA *twirl* That’s the kinda shit this Panda Express makes me do. Skipping outta my sexy little Saturn, I’m singing kids songs while fat drops of drool leak from my mouth. Visions of honey walnut shrimp dance in my head. I don’t even care who sees/hears me. Seriously? A line 10 peeps deep?! Do you people not hear my tummy growling?! Do you KNOWWHATHAPPENSWHEN I GETHUNGRY?! Small animals may disappear. This place forever has a line. No, I’m not exaggerating, so shush your mouf and get to da back. There’s this adorable boy that works there, with a gorgeous little fro and a permanent smile on his face. That kid is awesome. Every time I go in and he’s working, I get a huge smile and stellar service. I kinda wanna be his mama, he’s that freaking precious. The best thing about this place are the cooks. Do you guys wanna know why the food at this location tastes better than any other Panda? Check out the cooks; they’re mexican. Mystery solved. Food is bomb here. Seriously, no complaints. Ok, so maybe I get the same thing every single time(honey walnut shrimp, ½ steamed rice, ½ chow mein), but everyone I have brought here LOVED their pieces of peppered/glazed/whatever carcass as well. And since they are the most popular kids on the block, the food goes quickly, which means they are constantly refilling with fresh stuff. Yummerz. Everyone is super nice here, they always offer me a sample of whatever my little heart desires, and they’re not all pushy with the up-sell. I like that they let you help yourself to utensils and napkins, and they’ve never once forgotten to throw a fortune cookie in my bag. So, why the 4 stars and not 5? Cuz they can be a tad bit stingy with the servings of shrimp. I’m paying $ 1 extra for that bish, so you can at least knock a few more than 6 on my plate. For my fellow pescetarians/vegetarians: They have 3 types of shrimp, as well as eggplant and tofu. Knock yourself out :)
