Been going here for over a year and a half and still have no regrets coming here. The staff is very friendly and if there is a problem their excellent customer service is shown. The place is always kept clean and swept after guests. Glad I decided to come here after my old barber moved.

Yesterday I returned to this location for the second time, and I left disappointed again! I waited in line 5 minutes for my turn to be helped. So I was at the counter and the receptionist/​hair stylist ignored me and spoke to a customer right behind me. No customer service what so ever! Your service went down hill fast!
I walked out and will never return.

I was skeptical at first, but the establishment takes great care of its’ customers. Stephany is always friendly and is constantly making sure she is trimming my hair accordingly. I will be returning.

This place is amazing, watch sports get a haircut and finish with a relaxing massaging shampoo. Very nice and professional staff. The manager melissa is superb!

I think I finally found a place that gives consistently really good haircuts as this was my third time in a row going to this location. They are a new location and a well-​kept secret because it is always empty or nearly so. No waiting. I always ask for Xene, (pronounced like Exeen). She is an absolute sweetheart, very cool young lady, super-​friendly.
If you’ve never been to a Sport Clips, the deal is they are geared towards super-​duper sports fans, with ESPN on the flat screens and all the décor is manly-​man, locker room kind of theme… truly over-​done in a cartoonish kind of way in my humble opinion. Truthfully they could strip all that out to 4 bare walls and I would still go there for the predictable, repeatable good haircuts. I started going there after one too many disaster like results at another chain (looking at you Supercuts). Prior to finding this one near my home I’d been to several other Sport Clips in different states while traveling and have never been disappointed.
Give this La Verne location a try, I think you will be pleased with the results.

I brought my 10 yr son here for the first time he loved it. People friendly place clean and u get to watch sports while getting a hair cut. Last they even wash your hair once done.

This is the best new barber/​salon in my area. I’m really impressed by the service. What a wonderful experience getting a haircut. The shampoo and massage was to die for. The shop is clean and love the sports theme. Xene cut my hair soooo good. I recommend her very much. She gave me a great cut and was so nice. I teased her and told her she made me a new man!!! Great job.

I was their first ever client on 11÷14÷14, and Dana made me look good for my Wedding the next day. Then on 7÷7÷15, I returned for a haircut to prepare for another important, though not quite as important, occasion, and I specifically asked for Dana because I’m superstitious and wanted my outcome to be just as fortunate. I do not know yet the result of my superstition, but my hair certainly looks good! Thank you Dana for excellent service.

This Sport Clips relocated from Ontario and I was heart broken until I finally found them in La Verne. ALL of the stylists are all very competent and ask you what you want at every step of the entire MVP process. Jessica perfectly cut my hair and did the MVP excellently. Shop is clean and spacious with vibrating chair massages while you get your hair shampooed! You can’t go wrong with this Sport Clips shop.

From a guy that would go months between haircuts because I refuse to pay more than $ 10 for a haircut, ii love this place. My stylist Mo is the best. My haircut always comes out exactly how I want and because I am now a repeat customer I don’t have to describe every time how I want my hair cut because now it’s on file, I like that a lot. The hot towel treatment and cold towel are awesome! I would definitely recommend the La Verne to any one looking for a hair cut, absolutely worth the price.

All good things to say! So clean in here, friendly barbers… And they did an OUTSTANDING job on my 3 boys. One of my boys hates getting haircuts, but he fell in love with this place and loved his friendly barber, Xene. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Took my teenage son here and he loved it. He said, «Melissa understood exactly how he wanted his hair cut and did it perfect.» He said this is the only place he wants to go to get his hair cut now.

Guys, when you come here you gotta ask for DANA, she’s amazing. I’m super picky about my hair and she is solid. Make sure you get the MVP deal, it costs a little more but it’s worth it. Thanks for a great cut, I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks because they give you a free clean up around your neck and ears in between full cuts to keep you looking fresh. I’m stoked!

Simply outstanding. This is a new Sports Clips and it is really nice. For years I have gotten my hair cut at a regular barber each week for $ 15. I am sort of kicking myself for not going to Sports Clips sooner. For a bit more, you can get the MVP and come back each week for «clean ups» for free.
In the end I save money going to Sport Clips and get a better haircut.
