The cashiers were busy with some difficult customers but didn’t help us all out. I waited for 20 minutes in line. And they helped someone else. I even had my 3 year old with me. Never coming to this location ever again.

I called and inquired about a car battery. I was going to purchase a battery bit was informed that they would not install it because it’s in a hard to reach area. My car is an Infiniti G35 and the battery is easy to get to. I just don’t feel like doing it myself if I am paying for a battery. I won’t buy anything else from this store.

Our alternator failed us on the drive to Portland and we were able to limp it within walking distance of this store when the truck finally died. Several staff members helped us figure out the correct alternator, lent us some tools to install it, and when we struggled in the parking lot with our limited mechanical knowledge, their employee Ron Phillips went above and beyond helping us to install the alternator using his own tools and mechanical know how. I know they can’t typically do this with all of their customers as it was an extraordinary situation and case of right time/​right place, but Ron saved us from the stress of towing, hotel, missing work, and an expensive mechanic — granting us major peace of mind. We were completely blown away by his generosity and highly recommend this store as it’s clearly the only place for your auto parts needs in Lacey.

This shop, actually all O’Reilly shops I’ve visited are great. Super personnel, always friendly, kind words, very knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to get you a part. I’ve witnessed that and was just blown away by this quality of service.
