She does good work and she does it quickly. I’ve taken many items to her over the years and even if I haven’t been in for a year she remembers me. Sometimes she can be pricey, but for the most part it is reasonable. If you are someone who worries that a communication barrier will result in a ruined garment, I wouldn’t worry with this place. Even on the occasions where I wondered if she understood what I wanted, she gets it just right every time.

All I can say about the lady that put the zipper in my pants is WOW. I went in to drop the pants off and asked her a price. She first told me $ 14.00 — then when I told her that was just about what I paid for them, she kindly said OK, only $ 10.00. When I went back to pick them up today she charged me $ 14.00 and began an argument with me when I showed her my receipt with the $ 10.00 on it! I will NEVER go back there again. She was so rude.
