Today I needed plumbing services and contacted this outfiit for service.
I was told on the phone that the service charge was $ 63.00 1^st hour and then
went into 15 minute sessions after. Well, the service man name Guy who
works for this firm came at 10:15 and was in his truck at 10:30 writing up
the paperwork — Came into my home at 10:45 and handed me a bill for
$ 93.00 — I said I was told that the service charge was $ 63.00, he stated
«not for a clog» I said what is the fee for than — Guy, himm and this and that
and never said what the service fee included — This firm is a total rip off and I do plan on reporting them to BBB. Because, we live in Lady Lake area firms like
this just come in and rip you off.
