Customer service and courtesy are best words to describe this location. Great job Store Manager Harton.

Great food, friendly service. The only bad thing about this restaurant is the location. It is hard to get quick service with the horrible drive thru layout.

Never feels like I’m having fast food when visiting Chick-Fil-A. Staff is always friendly, store is always clean including the restrooms which are important. The food here is fresh made to order so you would expect to have a little wait but they somehow manage to deliver fast quality food every time.

I wish they served chicken biscuits all day.

Chick-Fil-A, in my opinion, has the best chicken nuggets. Lightly breaded perfection. I left off one star for being closed on Sundays. Damn you, Chick-Fil-A. I would«eat mor chicken» if you were open on Sundays.

Awesome! They had my food on a try ready to go, literally before I had even got my money out of my wallet… and it was right! They were very friendly to my daughter and had the sweetest lady who kept coming to the table refilling our drinks! And the food was yummy, too! :)

The traffic wrapping around this location and out into the busy Ambassador Caffery Parkway during peak times is telling enough of how deliciously fresh Chick-Fil-A’s offerings are. From healthy tender grilled chicken to freshly squeezed lemonade sweetened with Splenda, it’s consistently fresh food that sets Chick-Fil-A apart. I prefer to eat healthy, and Chick-Fil-A helps me do that. Grilled chicken sandwiches are tender and never dry yet never greasy. Lemonade made with Splenda is offered for those who are diabetic or those who opt for sugar-free beverages for other reasons. The waffle-cut fries are always hot, never soggy and never loaded with so much salt that those on low-sodium diets should panic.(I for one watch my sodium intake, actually.) This is in contrast to the horrible effects on my body I notice when I eat at most other fast food joints. I don’t know why, but I have bad reactions to McKing’s type fast food… The Chick-Fil-A special Roasted Barbeque Honey Mustard sauce is worth the trip even if just to drizzle over an order of fries. It normally comes on the Charboiled Grilled Chicken Sandwich, but the staff will happily give you some on request. Note, though, that the sauce is not low-fat; it’s similar in caloric content to regular mayonnaise. The staff are very friendly, and the tables are cleaned promptly. I have never had an issue finding a clean table in a location I wish to sit, i.e., window, booth, etc. It is a place where«family-oriented» folk like to take their children or grand children, so expect to hear a bit of noise from the kiddos running around, maybe to the indoor play area. No big deal, though. More of an offense to me is the religious music that plays in the background. I don’t have a problem with occasional religious-themed songs playing, but my last two visits I ate inside and there was no mixture at all. It was 100% christian pop, and it was not subtle. But, hey, I can deal with it. If you can’t, there’s always the drive-thru; or, you can visit the Acadiana Mall location, but there you’ll have to put up with grody mall dining area tables cleaned not frequently enough and the hustle of mall traffickers. And, oh, Abercrombie’s noxious cologne and perfume odors permeate the immediate vicinity…(gag)…So, heads up on that. And, before you leave, you’ll probably be offered a mint from the person whose job it is to offer them as well as to clean the tables. Usually I am thanked and welcomed to come back, so that polite customer appreciation is worth mentioning. That concludes my basic review. But, let me add that Chick-Fil-A serves desserts for those interested. Your kids can get a free balloon when they visit inside. As I said already, there is an indoor play area. This location is extremely busy no matter the time you visit; expect only a few parking spaces to be open if any during peak times; and, the drive-thru line will be out to the street backing up traffic during lunch. It moves fast though.
