This is a review of their BMW «Dealership». I was sent there by BMW emergency assist when I experienced a flat on my run flat tire on the nearby freeway. Never in my life have I received poorer service from any establishment. One of the nice things about driving a BMW is the feeling of belonging to a club. I understand it was a Saturday and that their service dept. was closed. But I had an emergency and I was hoping for the teensiest bit of help. The Sales manager barely spoke with me. They were no help in offering me a loaner, my car is still in warranty. Only after pleading did he contact the off duty service manager to see if they had the tire in stock; They didn’t, which is understandable. But offered me no help in any other way. BMW should be embarrassed to have them as a dealer.
