We knew before arriving what we wanted (Samsung LED TV), so our time in there wasn’t long. Our salesman was fine, a little pushy with their warranties, but overall he was fine.
He stressed that if we found another retailer offering the same TV for a cheaper price to let them know within 90 days and they would reimburse us. An hour later we were at another store and saw it for $ 100 cheaper than the sticker price we had paid.
We took a picture of the price and returned to the store. The store manager gave us the run around on how that couldn’t be the same model though they were the exact specifications (Samsung, 46 inch, LED, 1080p, 120 reflect rate) and assumed the other retailer was offering it cheap because it was refurbished.
We showed him the picture and he said it was too blurry to make out the model number. He asked us to return to the store to get a clearer picture of the model number and if it was in fact not refurbished he would consider it. Ultimately we left the store without the $ and did not return. Be cautious of their 90 day price match guarantee promise — they really push it, but do not follow through! We will not be returning there ever again.
