Great Jamba Juice, hard to find parking! Good thing I was in my UPS Truck! Lol. Girl at the register was very nice and my smoothie was great! Caribbean passion with protein and daily vitamin!

45 minute wait to get a smoothly after being 4th in line. One guy hustling, rest of crew looked like they were on cough medicine.

Stopped by this location over the weekend after spending hours in front a hot bbq. I thought a cool refreshing smoothing would hit the spot and it sure did. Parking was easy and the staff was friendly. There was some inappropriate conversations between the two high school/college aged employees about sorority girls going on but the store was empty and I found their conversation entertaining. My Razzmatazz was delicious.

This place is so inconsistent. I always order the same thing and always get something different. Over it.

Reducing my rating to 1* after today’s horrific experience. The staff was unable to process my groupon and the wait was something like 20 minutes. Jamba obviously has a winning formula: keep raising prices, understaff, and rake in the coin.

You like attitude with your juice? Then this is the place for you! If you like to be treated decently by competent staff, then find another store. Update: I attempted to complain to corporate HQ. You can’t! The ‘submit’ button on the customer service page doesn’t work, and it is not possible to reach anyone at Emeryville by phone. Tried three times, waited on hold for up to six minutes each time, and then was cut off.

Darn good store. Staff is very knowledgeable and works together well. The only downside to this location is that the place is small. It can get packed in a hurry.

Just awesome! I’m a Jamba Juice regular, the line can build up a bit but service is fairly shorter than most, my recommendation for drinks to try is the orange dream machine and mango go go. Enjoy!

2 stars — only because some of the employees are friendly and they have gotten better at remembering to blend my smoothie twice. But seriously though, you need more employees, a 35 minute wait for a smoothie is an absolute joke. Also, when you get new employees find a better way of training them, because the one time that I lucked out and came in with only one other customer in there I still had to wait 15 f***ing minutes because apparently putting 5 ingredients in a blender, blending it, and putting it in a cup is some arduous task and requires some kind of Jamba Juice training school that should take place outside of the establishment. That, or you’re just hiring imbeciles. If walnut creek didn’t have the same parking difficulties as San Francisco I would drive 10 minutes further just to avoid this location run by teenagers.

It’s a good standard Jamba Juice. You walk in and go straight back to the register. Their menu is nicely sorted and tells you the ingredients and calories for each drink. You order, choose a free boost or pay for a fancier boost :)! You can also customize your drink. Ex. Different sorbet, add or subtract a fruit, different juice. I love the Caribbean Passion. They have food options too. I haven’t tried any from this location. Along the right wall is the juice bar. You can see their ingredients, blenders, everything. You can also see that through their front window. The drinks are always good and have a smooth consistency. I’ve been to a different Jamba Juice that left fruit chunks! But never here. If you want a smoothie, breakfast, fresh orange and carrot juice, just stop by here!

Ordered our drinks EXTRA, EXTRA thick and even paid for additional frozen fruit to assure this was going to happen. I can forgive the young man at the register who was being trained by the management, however, I cannot forgive the manager for not making certain our drinks were as we ordered. Weak! Since I am with my daughter, I have learned not to make a big deal and ask for something to be re-made. I am learning to be more chill. I also know in the back of my mind I have Unilocal! To move on from the 3star smoothie to the reason this Jamba Juice gets ONE star: poor customer service, an «I could care less attitude» and just plain wrong information. After this way too runny drink, I had to use the restroom. I walk in and ask. «No, we don’t have a public one.» I ask if they know where I can find one. The woman(shift manager?) tells me there are public ones behind the store and that no key is needed(I asked!). I make my way back there, rushing because… well…I drank a damn Jamba Juice… and the doors are locked. You need a key to get into it. Friggin’ Jamba Juice, $ 5 a drink, Jamba Juice is too CHEAP to get a key for the restroom and put it on some chunky-no-one-will-steal key ring. Of course, it does not stop here because I want this incompetent person to know she gave incorrect information. I go in and tell her she was wrong, it needs a key and is she certain they don’t have a key. She basically snorts at me and says«We have no public restroom.» At this point, she was lucky I am not a few years older and a bit more senile(and was wearing underware) or I would have just went on the floor! I said«I am telling you so perhaps Jamba Juice can correct this and get a key or you stop giving out wrong information.» Of course she just rolled her eyes and scoffed again. «Oh, there is one at McCaulou’s.» You could have told me that at the beginning especially when I asked about a key. From now on, when I want sugar with some protein(which Jamba Juice now charges for, whereas it use to be free) I will get a glass of milk from Pete’s and go to See’s to get a piece of candy. PS I have sinced learned Peet’s has a key to restroom. And you can get a drink there for less!!!

Walked in hours before closing and they had already cleaned the juicer and I couldn’t order what I wanted. It’s a store with«Juice» in the name. Lazy.

By far my most favorite Jamba Juices in the Bay Area. And I’ve been to all of them. It’s quick even when busy. The staff is always friendly. The place is spacious and clean and they always greet you when I walk in. I’ve been offered samples numerous times and no other JJ has really done that when technically they are supposed to. If you want to customize your order. They’ll do it however way you like it. And I’ve ordered the same thing at other places and consistently: Strawberry Surf Rider with extra raspberry sherbet and half a scoop of whey. The Laffy JJ just nails it!

Sometimes busy, always loud! Well worth a few minutes of noisy blenders whirring for a great smoothie. The employees here are friendly and cheerful. The smoothies always taste great. I’m fond of the ‘all-fruit’ selections. And the C-Booster is my go-to drink when my immune system is down!

Young people tend to be shitty employees, especially ones who experienced all the angles of an overprivileged Lafayette upbringing. Weirdly, not here. I’ve only ever seen excellent, attentive, respectful, good-humored people working, and unlike what others seem to think, the staff is very efficient. Yes, you may wait five minutes for your drink — take that time and notice how every member of the staff is working their ass off to get it to you. They’re always happy to deal with my substitution-heavy orders, and the place usually looks immaculate. Great service from Andrew and Fernando recently.

Service here is hit or miss and prices have gone up for sure but there is nothing like a cool jamba on a warm day and the daughter is always happy when we have one before or after a practice or performance. This one tends to be dirtier than the one in San Ramon, but the drink consistency is often better.
