I would not recommend this store to anyone. They are not very knowledgable on custom Jewelry. My fiancé and I bought our Leo diamond here and decided to have the band custom made. The process took well over 3 months which they did prepare us for upfront. However when it was past time to have the product we both called and stopped into the store on several occasions and it took them a week to respond to us with an answer. Then when we got the ring and weren’t quite happy with it I took in to the store to talk about other options to try and fix it. The store manager, Kayla, was very rude to me. She said once a custom piece is done it’s done. She spoke to me like a child she was reprimanding. She was extremely demeaning. She even had the audacity to say that I need to speak to my fiancé before I do anything. I said of course I’ve already talked to him about this. She was full of reasons why my design wouldn’t work and constantly telling me no that’s not practice and yes these pictures are all beautiful but that’s the problem with Pinterest… This isn’t realistic to have done. Instead of working with me to come up with solutions she just kept shooting me down and basically just turned me away. I wasn’t asking for the ring to be fixed for free. She was so rude that I will not purchase anything else from this store ever again.
