We’ve had our insurance with Joe since he was the local American Family agent — our homeowner’s and vehicle insurance both.
He’s not the AmFam agent anymore, and we needed to drop a vehicle and add a motorcycle, so I gave him a call to see if the companies he represents could help us save some money vs. AmFam.
Our credit is fairly good, which gets us good rates with AmFam (they’re strict on credit), so he wasn’t able to save us anything — yet. He’s adding some companies in a month or so and we’ll try then.
However, he was able to help with the motorcycle policy — and even offered to drive to my office for me to sign, instead of me having to go into his office.
His whole philosophy is to help people with their insurance — both getting insured AND when there’s a claim to file (which, as he told me, is when your insurance really matters and when he can really help).
If you need homeowner’s and/​or vehicle insurance, give Joe’s office a call! You WILL NOT find better customer service.
