Fast and easy. Shane made it there quick and took 2 seconds to open my car. I had triple a so it didn’t cost anything despite it being 130 am.

Took over an hour when I was quoted 20 minutes. Since the driver was taking so long I decided to call and ask for a discount. When I called for a discount on the ridiculous $ 120 price tag for a locked door, the woman said to talk with the driver. The driver said he did not have authority to do a discount. FML

Pop-A-Lock has always been super reliable the few times I’ve used them. They show up in a marked cars and you pay the price they quote you on the phone. They’re a great locksmith, but got the 5th star from me because of their program that gets kids and pets out of locked vehicle free of charge.

I’ve used these guys a few times when I locked myself out of my truck repeatedly over the course of a year, before I found another solution. Almost every time I had the same guy. He was nice and professional and was in a marked car and with a company uniform. I have an old truck so it was easy to pop the lock. The cost was about $ 40 each time, which is very reasonable since he showed up within an hour. Can’t beat a mobile locksmith. Another time the technician was a woman and she was in a marked Pop-A-Lock van and in uniform. Also very professional and quick. Most insurances will pay for the cost but I didn’t want to get them involved. They charged my credit card. They’re also very safe. They asked for my identification before any work was done.

Locked out of house after midnight, said technician would come within 45 minutes. I call back after an hour to check on status. Rep told me that the technician was unavailable. No reason why they couldn’t call me to cancel so I could get other help sooner. Would recommend other services.

I locked my keys in my car earlier this week while at work. I thought it would take forever for my insurance company to send someone out. I’ve waited as long as 3 hours for a tow truck so I was expecting the worse. Pop-a-lock arrived in 45 minutes. It took the technician all of 2 minutes to unlock my doors, which was kind of scary. I was taken care of with no problems. The tech was nice, gave me my receipt and I was back at work without missing a beat. They use a new technique of placing some sort of inflatable gadget between your door and then pumping air into so that they can slide a device on the inside of the car to open the door. No damage. If you lock your keys or kids in call them! They specialize in panicked parents who have made the mistake in locking infants in the car.
