The deli and sandwich area is dirty and almost never makes your food correctly and the staff could care less, they never have any help in the front of the store and want you to use the self check out so they don’t have to do anything but stand there. This store never has buttered rolls in the morning so you have to stand in line to order one and then they put almost no butter on it, I guess they are trying to save money. The only part of this location that works correctly in the gas station, these people are always helpful and do a good job compared to todays standards although no one washes windows and asks to check oil anymore like we did in my day. Unfortunately this is one of the only options near my office so I am forced to go here because it is the lesser of two evils.

This is one of the few fast/convenience food options since I have offices in Sparta and Lafayette. I will say to avoid the pre-made items as well as freshly made(in front of you) subs and sandwiches. Not only did I have a girl COUGH into her gloved hand while making one of my subs I’ve also had the luxury of them using knives that were blatantly used for a previous order like meatball hero(sauce all over the bread of my turkey sub) and then dreaded pieces of hair in food at least two separate times. I’m grossing myself out even typing this. I would honestly avoid ordering made to order food from here at all costs. Parking is also horrendous. You will see a lot of 19 yr. olds in laughable pimped out rusted Hondas overcompensating and flying around the lot trying to be seen while you’re trying to get out of the parking lot and get to work. God, I’m getting old. Sorry for my honesty but to summarize, if you like hair and germs in food, this is your place!

I dropped my wallet in the store on a Monday and didn’t realize it until Wednesday. While I called my bank, credit card company, etc., my husband called the Quick Chek to see if someone had maybe found it and set it aside. Yes, someone had — Rachel Henderson. She found it and gave it to the manager, who put it in the safe. I live in Brooklyn, so we weren’t able to drive out until the weekend. The manager, Edna, handed it back to me, with all the cards and money still inside. My husband and I often stop at this store on our way back to NYC from PA, and everyone — from the cashiers to the people who make the sandwiches — is always upbeat and nice. My lost wallet demonstrates that they are also honest and great human beings. Thank you, Rachel and Edna. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Same as all the newer QC’s around. This one has two entrances and that gives it a larger appearance. There’s some really surly woman who works the register that always seems to be there. She doesn’t mean to be, but she’s really funny how she practically yells at people. I always feel a little lucky when I stop in for coffee and I get to hear here berate someone for doing something nuts like asking for a lottery ticket or something really off the wall in a convenience store.
