Worst management and horrible customer service. Orders are never ready in time. As for the entertainment and vending machines which don’t even work well so don’t waste your money. Don’t bother delivering from them either the food arrives cold and soggy. DONOTGOHERE!

Sometimes a parent bribes their kid. Harsh reality of parenting You’ll never see that in any freaking parent’s guide that you get bullied into reading. I sometimes bribe my kid in the form of pizza and arcade fun. This Round Table Pizza has a teeny tiny arcade that my boy enjoys if he can’t go to CeC. Food: A hot cheese pizza is pretty tasty here. Thin crust, crispy edges… gooey cheese. Took effort to not eat my kid’s entire pizza while he wasted my money on buying very expensive smarties. Back in my Coke drinking days, I would have scoffed at this Pepsi joint. Good thing I drink water… how else to keep a girlish figure while scarfing down pizza. Decent size salad bar. Ambiance: serves it purpose Service: fine

The pizza was fine once it came but we were promised delivery in one hour and they finally came more than 90 mins after our order was placed. The pizza was fine, but I will go back to our regular delivery place after this. The delivery guy was pleasant— just late– I doubt it was his fault. He mentioned they were short staffed– they should not have promised the delivery time they did.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Arrogant manager on service. Horrible tasting pizza– tons of salt– when we got home and tasted the pizza, we decided to call to complain and she didn’t even apologize. She wasn’t even offering me a refund or a free pizza next time? I had to threaten not to support them anymore before she was willing to offer a $ 5 discount on the next time we go there? Or– wait for it– another awful tasting pizza. Way to go Roundtable. Not sure I’ll support you again.

Great customer service and fresh food. Salad bar is full with many options. Place is clean. First time I enjoy lunch at Round Table Pizza. Will definitely come back here in the future. Their individual Flatbread is delicious and fulfilling.

Stopped in for a quick bite to go on my way home from Oakland and went to wash my hands first. Oh jeez, the smell was horrible. Not like someone had just been in there but like a horrible smell that is there all the time. The place is a mess. And loads of employees working, nice employees. Last time I stop here.

For large chain pizza places, I’ve always found Round Table to be one of the most reliable. Definitely not gourmet, but always decent. However, unfortunately, the pizza we ordered at Lafayette Round Table about a week ago was far and away the greasiest I’ve ever seen – so greasy that the cardboard box underneath didn’t just have a few spots here and there but was entirely soaked with grease(and there was plenty more grease to spare still swimming on top of the pizza). We did go ahead and eat it, but we probably shouldn’t have! Disappointing!

For being the most expensive pizza place that delivers, it’s saddening the level of customer service I received. First we ordered our pizza using the online service and then got a call an hour later saying they had just found our order and it would be another 30 minutes. When our order was delivered they forgot a number of our items. Upon calling a manager I got a 17 yr old that was rude and asked«so I don’t get it, besides being late, what’s the problem?» Thank you round table, Mt. Mike’s will now receive our future orders.

We go here on Sundays to watch football and let the kids play in the playroom. The salad bar is great with alot of choices.

Ordered a pizza on September 7th at near closing time. The guy taking the order was great, and we had the order in in about 30 seconds. Upon arrival, we were given a discount. The pizza was pretty darn good. This is a real gem!

Never got our food. Ordered online. Got confirmation from the site. Food never showed an hour later. They claimed to have never gotten our order. They offered no resolution at all other than for us to try ordering again and waiting another hour. Are f*cking kidding me?

My late Dad would take me here many, many years ago. I think I sipped my first beer here too way back when they showed old cartoons on a screen. Pizza comes in so many styles and taste… and most I’m down for. The pizza here is great for movie night and having fun with family and friends where the pizza is not the main thing going on. It’s not cheap either when you build your own pizza as opposed to their branded creations. Which reminds me… lot’s of toppings to choose from.

I had ordered the gourmet veggie pizza with half garlic and half red sauce. I picked up the order, and noticed when I came home that it was all white/garlic and no red. I called them up and let them know the issue. but the manager insisted that he made it himself and he did it right. The pizza was not good either … it had less flavor, and hard(and too much of hard cheese). The Subway’s flatizza tastes better than this.

Maybe I had too high of an expectation. I do expect that the doors would be unlocked relatively close to on time for opening. Employees watched my struggle with the door before the manager, Karyn, came and unlocked it with a screwdriver. A SCREWDRIVER??? Wtf? She didn’t acknowledge me at all. Just turned back around into the restaurant. I went to the counter to place my order and miss Karyn was not pleasant at all. I got my order aced and turned around to find another employee sitting at one of the tables putting on her shoes!!! This whole experience doesn’t make any sense at all. Round table always has great pizza and a quick turnaround time so they get a star for that. Very unimpressed with the staff on this trip. Hopefully this was just an off day. *fingers crossed*

It’ll make you nostalgic for childhood, the same vague King Arthur theme, the same toppings that go the edge of the crust. The perfect place to take young kids, who can climb in the large play structure — much bigger than the one in Europa’s in Orinda — or in the arcade. We kicked up our feet and drank our BYOB screw top wine and had a grand time.

In the context of chain restaurants, this particular Round Table Pizza in Lafayette is five stars. I’ve been eating here since I moved to Lafayette in 2010. The manager, Alex, is personable and friendly with the customers and always gets the order right. I get delivery about 75% of the time(usually a pizza and some wings or something from the salad bar to keep it honest…). Even the drivers are good people and give you a smile as they rush off to their next delivery. I’ve eaten dine-in after a long commute back from San Francisco. Sometimes if I need to get away and just focus on some work on my laptop, I’ll sit in the restaurant and use the WiFi while I’m eating my pizza. The other thing about personal service is I notice Alex gets to know his customers and remembers conversations from the past. He seems to know all the regulars by name. The pizza is pretty good. I usually get a King Arthur Supreme, or basic ham and pineapple(Hawaiian), but change it all up sometimes for either a chicken and jalapeño or vegetarian. The main thing is if you have left overs, it’s only microwavably good for about 2 days at the most, but I always order enough for left overs to cover my lunch the next day.

By far the best round table pizza I have ever been to! Service was excellent, staff was friendly and the place was neat, clean, and fully stocked. There’s a few arcade cabinets which is always nice, and enjoyable along with some of those quarter toy machines. They definitely had way more salad options than the round table pizza in Merced, and the pizzas were delicious and fresh! The manager is amicable and if you have any problems just ask for him and you’ll be glad you came to the best round table pizza in California!

I don’t usually hit up chain pizza joints but my mother takes my girls here when they stay with her and my 5 year old requested it for her family birthday dinner so away we went. There were 10 of us, and we mentioned it was a birthday so they gave us 15% off our bill which was super cool. I’m allergic to wheat so I had to stick to the salad bar which actually blew me away. I was not expecting so many fresh options but there they were. A very good salad bar. I would even come here just for the salad bar if I happened to be in the area. We ordered a Gourmet Chicken and a Gourmet Veggie. Both were amazing(as I’m told by the other people in our party). My girls loved their personal pizzas and enjoyed playing the games and in the little climbing area. I’m very pleasantly surprised. It’s been so long since I’ve set foot in a Round Table and I was not expecting to be as happy as I was.
