Just left taco bell to get some FASTFOOD and went inside thinking it would be faster but NO. The service sucks!!! People that cook the food don’t have hair nets! (Disgusting) I waited almost 30min! From now on I will be driving out of Lafayette for taco bell. Its ridiculous!

Seriously slow service. I have been here twice now and both times I have had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. This last time they didn’t give tacos supreme even though I paid for them and my Doritos taco was so old and soggy it soaked through the shell, cardboard and paper. Also, the lady taking money was wearing gloves to take money and then go make food with the same gloves. Pretty disgusting.
I know what to expect from Taco Bell, it’s not fine dinning obviously but this was just plain bad.

Fed up with this joint. Went thru drive-​thru. Nobody ever took my order. Then was stuck waiting for a half hour in the drive thru lane because they have terrible customer service and apparently don’t have anyone competent working there to make the stuff they sell in a timely fashion. Nothing fast about it. Not going to give this place any more of my business. The manager/​owner of this shop should be embarrassed. Wendy’s across the street is a thousand times better… both food and service.

It’s not as though I don’t know what I’m going to get at Taco Bell. It’s just that this time that I went, it really disappointed me. I ordered the Fresco Chicken Burrito Supreme, and it tasted like a $ 1 value menu item. Not a lot of chicken, too much sauce, and just sorta gross.
The problem was that this burrito plus a drink set me back over $ 5. Nest time I’ll drive over to Santiagos and get a great burrito for less.

It was actually fresh, hot and delicious. That’s what she said. Oh come on, I had to!
I wouldn’t say it was instant, but this TB cured the worst hangover ever. Gorditas and the grilled stuft FTW.
Note to self: It’s ok to shock the system with TB once every 6 months.
