Fazoli’s

The friendliest service at this location! Food is very reasonably priced and they are very accommodating. I always make a point to stop here when I am in lafollette.

Great local restaurant. The food is always fresh and well cooked, but what really sets this location apart is the friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this particular location over their Kingston pike location hands down.

This is inexpensive fast food Italian and you get what you pay for. They give you a decent portion and the price is right but really it’s nothing more than an inexpensive sauce like prego on top of overcooked inexpensive boxed noodles. I found the spaghetti sauce much too salty. Still probably a step up from chef boy ardee although we’re not talking a big step. Hard to complain 3 golf ball sized meatballs for an additional 1.49, maybe actual golf balls would have tasted better.
The salad had a chemical taste to it. And how do you ruin bread. The bread sticks were inedible. This is a 1 star restaurant but because of the reasonable price will kick it up an additional star.
The people working here need to show a little more energy and positive attitude.

I have ate here 6 – 7 times since it has opened and I really enjoy the food.
I recommend the Chicken Carbonara. The good thing is that they are pretty flexible on what you build for a pasta bowl or when you like to add items to existing dishes.

— they have the coke machine that lets you pick and mix drinks
— they bring your order to you at the table
Quirks:
— bathrooms need some work
— portions are on smaller side
— the food may take a bit (which is not a bad thing if it comes out good!)

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband, who is obsessed with Fazoli’s. Our family owns a house down on Norris Lake, so the discovery of a new Fazoli’s location directly on the way to our favorite vacation spot has become a mandatory stop with each visit.
You see, we have the unfortunate circumstance of living more than 100 miles from the nearest Fazoli’s, so this is a very convenient location for us.
The food is standard Fazoli’s fast-​Italian fare (which isn’t my thing, but he loves) but even as a carb-​phobic individual, the breadsticks still rock!
The fro-​yo place, also inside this restaurant, provides its own worthwhile entertainment, including several misspelled flavors, such as «Pena Colada.» I suppose if I had a choice between Fazoli’s and McDonald’s, I’d probably pick Fazoli’s every time.

When you drive up to this Fazoli’s it appears to be a little gas station mini-​mart — but once inside, it’s a full Fazoli’s with decent décor, comfortable seats, and really delicious food.
We were just so sick of «fast food» that we decided to stop in and try something different. I got a meatball sandwich, my wife got chicken fettuccine and my 2 year old daughter got a slice of pizza. We all really enjoyed our food, we had really great and friendly service, the place was clean, and we just really felt comfortable.
We also splurged and got the «Italian doughnuts», which were a lot like the «Chinese doughnuts» you get at a Chinese buffet. They were surprisingly good.
Anyway, I would recommend this place. :)
