New World Cleaning Services

I had an appointment with John — New World Cleaning Service and was assured they would show due tome explaining I needed this done before a certain day. I was given a time frame and was told to expect a call approximately½ hour before they arrived. I was also expecting a cleaning person that was ageed would come after the carpet was done. I refrained from vacuuming and made every attempt to not miss their call. About ½ hour aftyer their promised time I decided to call so I could report to my cleaning person the status. Both phones numbers I had for them, their voice mail was maxed out and I never received a courtesy call from them saying they weren’t coming. I would never trust or use them again — New World Cleaning Service — LaGrangville NY.

I’m pretty sure the guy who came to clean out carpets completely worked us over and charged us an exorbitant «pretreating» fee for some stains (more than the original fee for the whole cleaning!) and there are still some spots on the carpet. Additionally, despite his assurances that the carpet would definitely be dry by morning, it’s still damp several days later. Overall disappointing experience.
