I got a really cute bikini top here today. The service was very helpful, I have trouble finding bikini tops that fit me well and the sales person was very helpful with finding what I needed.

One of the women that helped me was fantastic! Very nice and helpful. On the other hand as I was leaving the store the bag they had given me ripped so I asked for a new one, (i wouldn’t usually, but it was raining outside and I had to walk a long distance) and the lady at the cash register totally ignored me until I had to tap her on the shoulder. After that she asked me in a really rude and sarcastic Voice if I REALLY wanted the bag. That is just not how you treat costumers…

I wish I had gotten the name of the girl that helped me b/​c she is a goddess. I have the hardest time finding bathing suits that fit (to to a large cup size and small band size). As soon as I asked if they had anything she started pulling different tops. I could tell she really knew the inventory. It was such a great experience I am no longer scarred to buy bathing suits. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Amazing customer service and help with finding the perfect bikini for your body. Get rewards points for what you spend and you can come back the next month to redeem them! If you make a VIP appointment you can come in after hours and have one on one assistance and get a discount! Super helpful staff, great quality beachwear, and great customer service!

While the selection is pretty good at Diane’s, be prepared to pay an unnecessary premium — I purchased an expensive swim suit from Diane’s and found the exact same suit on multiple websites for $ 50 less. When I took it back to Diane’s they informed me that they would not price match AND they would not give me cash back for my return. If a retailer is going to charge premium prices, they need to provide premium customer service and do their due diligence on what other retailers are charging… or at least give you cash back.
Long story short, if you try on a suit and like it at Diane’s, save yourself some cash and buy it online! Chances are you will pay less and have more options if it does not work out.

I thought this place was great! love the suits and they have many different styles. Pricey but worth it, you get what you pay for. Do not get the negative about feeling uncomfortable, must be paranoid in general because if I wasn’t wearing something well or needed it adjusted, I would want someone adjusting it for me… some morons will write anything??? anyhow thanks for my sexy swimsuit :))

I was worried by all the negative reviews on here when I had an exchange to make from Christmas, but I went in and saw Tiffany at the Walnut Creek store and she was SOSOSOSO helpful!!! She called the Laguna Beach Diane’s (where my mama had made the purchase) and we talked with Amanda and she was SOSOSOSOSO helpful too!!! She looked up the receipt and wrote it all out and faxed it to the Walnut Creek store for me to be able to make the exchange. I had to leave because it was going to take awhile, but I came back 2 days later and they had it all ready to go. The girl there that day (I think her name was Sara?) was just as helpful! Both Tiffany and Amanda called me to ask if they could help me any more with anything and to let me know the receipt had been faxed and was ready to go for my exchange (both called me to ask if they couold do anything else??? seriously ABOVE AVERAGE SERVICE AT BOTH LOCATIONS!!!), seriously, all 3 employees I dealt with at both stores were SO AMAZING! I LOVE this store, and have shopped there for awhile, in fact, my whole family loves this store and shops there and I am happy to say that we will continue forever because the staff, and store are so AMAZING!!! The reviews here that are negative, I think they got posted with different people working there, but the staff has been changed and you should DEFINITELY give them a shot! =)

The sales ladies were horrible! I only came in to try one suit on before I was late paying my parking meter. BOTH of the girls came to the fitting room with me, leaving the floor empty of employees and open for burglars. They said I looked great in a swim suit, when it actually looked horrible on me and did not fit right. It was anything to make a sale with them! They brought several others suits and said they «just wanna see what it looks like» on, when I told them I wasn’t interested in anything else. BOTH of them were touching me everywhere, finicking with the swim suit, it was VERY uncomfortable for myself and my boyfriend watching the whole thing. All I could think of was how was I going to get away from these 2 girls!!! I will never again walk into that store.

Small but cute swimwear shop located right on PCH in Laguna Beach. I happened to stop in the day after Thanksgiving and they were having a nice little sale. The girl working behind the counter was really sweet and friendly and looked like the total California surfer chick. Excellent selection of flip flops (Havaianas in all kinds of colors!), faux UGGs, purses, and sunglasses… in addition to walls of mix and match bathing suits and other surfwear.

Alrighty, let me start by saying that under any normal circumstances I would rate trying on bikinis (especially after indulging in a yummy breakfast) as a close 2^nd to having each hair on my head pulled out one-​by-​one … In case there was any doubt in your mind, I’m saying it’s not normally an event I dive into (no pun intended, well almost…)
Had Wendy not walked into Diane’s I likely would have walked right past it looking for a cute & inviting clothing boutique. But alas she did and alas I followed… A super friendly salesgirl, Lacy, quickly greeted us as though we were long lost pals — surprisingly, it can put a girl at ease when faced with the treacherous task of trying on endless bikinis…
The walls were stacked to the ceiling with soo many brands it was hard to keep track of… Everything from the sporty Roxy, O’Neill, Billabong & Body Glove to the resort-​style Moontide, Vix and Vitamin A. Just so you don’t get overwhelmed, they have graciously arranged all the suits by color — this also makes it easy to coordinate tops & bottoms. Spread throughout the racks in the store was a myriad of hats, cover-​ups, towels and pretty much anything else «beach» you can think of!
Wendy & I divided and conquered. I started tackling my quest on my own — I didn’t need a salesgirl to assist me, right… I knew what I liked, what would look good and what I wanted to try on … right… Wrong! Well, partially wrong. I’d say we went suit-​for-​suit (all the bikinis in Diane’s are separates so those of us that want to get creative with a look have free reign) with suggestions to bring into the always too bright dressing room. As I started trying on the bikinis I was shocked that not only had some of Lacy’s suggestions been spot-​on, but I wasn’t scouring the rooms for the closest sharp object to impale myself on (again, a reference to those of us that don’t love trying on bikinis)… Okay, I promise that’s my last bitch about the whole bikini-​trying-​on «adventure»… ;)
I walked out with a great little reversible number and Wendy added 2 to her collection. We laughed. We cried (not really). We undressed. We dressed. We undressed again. We joked. We had our first enjoyable experience shopping for bikinis.
Thanks Diane’s and thanks Lacy for making us believers in the «buddy system» when shopping for bikinis…
