Elizabeth was so lovely and helped me pick out the absolutely perfect bachelorette party gift. And then helped me pick out a treat for myself :) I love the selection and was so glad to find they carried the favorite bra ever I found last time I came in in multiple colors. I love feeling confident and sassy and sexy, and that’s just what this store does!

Employee was a very rude and told us to leave because we took a picture in front of her store. all we wanted was some good lingerie. Very rude and never coming back to Laguna beach for them.

I won’t be going to the big box stores or chains any more. I enjoyed my experience at IC London and was shown the secret clearance room! The sales ladies were very helpful and yes, they were very eager to show me everything they felt I should wear. But I felt it came from a place of enthusiasm rather than pushiness. My purchase was pricey but my purchases are of excellent quality and I’ll be wearing them regularly. I’ve always said that woman can anything when she’s wearing red lipstick and a great bra!

This is a great little store — yes, a bit pricey, but it’s quality stuff. Found staff to be helpful and actually provided customer service! Initially I was looking on my own, but they helped me to what I was really looking for. Found they have cute little dresses, in addition to all of your undergarment needs! It’s not pretentious and they have a very friendly vibe!

I C London is a gem! The sales assoicates and owner are always friendly and helpful. I recenlty special orderd quite a few things and they were very attentive through out the whole process. They even gave me a special gift since I placed such a large order and offered to do all of the gift wraping.
As a Laguna local I really value shopping in town and avoiding the bix box stores.

I am a local here in Laguna Beach and we all love this store. It is the place to get something special personally — or the perfect gift of elegant, tasteful lingerie. Victoria’s Secret is not for everyone. This store has unique and beautiful items — and always a helpful person to find things for you or fit you perfectly in your lingerie. They always get my vote~!!!

Terrible experience. The sales girl was extremely pushy and awkward and had absolutely no respect for our privacy or opinion. My sister and I are both getting married and we were actually happy with a couple pieces but could not stomach the idea of buying from this girl. My favorite was when I was trying on a corset and asked my moms opinion. I cracked the door and my mom came over. The sales girl proceeds to interrupt and look over my moms shoulder even though I looked awkwardly at her and visibly covered my body. She then loudly explained how I should buy it now and then proceeded to tell me that I should stuff paper in my bra since it didn’t quite fit my bust. She was unprofessional with my mom and did not take «no thank you» for an answer. She was rude and invasive with all of us in different ways. It was a very creepy and unenjoyable experience. My mom and best friend actually left after the sales girl said something abrasive to a woman walking in with a little service dog. With shopping for lingerie, especially for a special occasion like a wedding, it is really disheartening to have to leave the store because you feel violated and disrespected. I would warn others away from this place.

Why does something with so little material have to cost so much?
This place has some cute unmentionables in their window display from time to time. It’s a small store, so if it’s just you its great; no one to share the space.
They’ve got some cute bras, panties, negligées, etc. Almost everything you’d need for a good romp with your mate.
Although I was able to find a couple of really cute pieces, the only drawback was that the sales ladies were a bit pushy. I know times are tough, you’re trying to make month-​end and rent in Laguna is probably horrendous, but jeez Louise can I shop in peace?
