The Shadey Ladies

We called The Shadey Ladies because we had a couple places in our house that needed help, but we didn’t know what to do… a curved wall with lots of windows, another very large window that got lots of sun and was ruining our wood floors and furniture, and a large window over a bath tub that we never raised. We tried a few things ourselves but nothing looked right or worked right and we were not happy with how things turned out when we did it.
When The Shadey Ladies came out to our home, they showed us several different options that would work for us and discussed the pros and cons of each one. We were thoroughly informed and felt good about our decisions. We knew exactly what was going to happen next and what to expect (electrician, installer, dates, etc). Barbara, our interior designer, walked us through the entire process and was there on installation day with the installers to make sure everything was put in the way we talked about.
We love the way our shades turned out, they’re really pretty! My husband wasn’t sure about them when we ordered them, but now he’s really glad we got them. He likes that we can open our shades with the touch of a button. Our house is so much cooler when it’s hot outside. Our furniture and wood floors are protected. We love the look and the design of our shades, they make our house look so much better!
We just couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend The Shadey Ladies and will be calling them again for our next project. Give them a call. you’ll be glad you did!

It’s been refreshing working with Barbara. We did our research and we pretty much knew exactly what we wanted. But Barbara pointed out several things we would never have thought of, that completely upgraded our ideas. It was a little embarrassing at first, we thought we were «designers» but Barbara made completely comfortable and designed awesome window coverings. I highly recommend her.
