Exceptional customer service! The sales associate was not pushy at all, but very helpful and knowledgeable of merchandise. They carry Baik Baik Honolulu clothing company apparel and the ‘Laura Pant’ — I purchased a pair and love them. I also had my 70 year old mother with me, visiting from the East Coast, and she purchased a lovely and unique skirt that she gets compliments on all the time. Nice variety of unique clothing with exceptional customer service!

Cute clothes but had a bad experience with a return — sheer tunic ripped at the seam the first time I wore it and owner said«we take no liability». Would not allow me to return the shirt or give me store credit for something else in the store. Sad since hubby had gotten some cute things there for Mothers Day but we won’t be going back since her tone and demeanor was almost hostile in front of all of the customers in the store. Yikes — no customer service skills here!

I came here during a trip to Laguna Beach for the weekend. My parents, a family friend and I were walking downtown and window shopping. We came across this store and went in because the store looked interesting. I ended up buying a cute shirt(actually affordable) and my mom bought a ring or some small accessory. The sales staff was super friendly and chatty with us and made the experience enjoyable. They have clothes, accessories, and jewerly to choose from and the store itself is roomy and lots of natural light coming in which makes for an enjoyable shopping trip!
