I don’t know who Jay B is but she’s definitely incorrect in her assessment of these guys. Loved the service… loved the fact that these guys text you days before with the sketch to make sure you’re ok with it… love the text the morning of the appointment to remind you of it and love my tattoo. I was blessed to be inked by Gizmo who did a wonderful job that brought tears to my eyes the first time I saw the finished product. I will definitely go back and I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends, some of which have already said «fabulous line work,» «beautiful art,» and «I think I am gonna be a copycat and get the same tattoo.» Jay B… you should stay in San Deigo.

So I gotta say «Lefty» is amazing at what he does. I was having a rough day and wanted a tattoo so I called first and it was almost closing but the owner said it was ok to just go in and I did and that’s when I met lefty and it was 10mins to closing and he didn’t care he sat with me and helped me figure out what I wanted and that took a long time hahaha thank god he was patient and he made sure to help me and not rush me, he reminded me that this was going on my body and to take my time and make sure I was certain so I did just that. He’s so talented! I will be going back. The fact that I got there at closing and he stayed with me. He had a wife to get home to but he was so nice and patient with me we searched for what I wanted then he did the work and he did an amazing job on top of that. He was done hours after closing but he didn’t mind he was happy to do it, I never do Unilocal but bc he was so great I had to post this. His detail is amazing. I finally found my tattoo guy no more going to different places. Thank u «lefty»

I am from San Diego and while driving back from LA decided to go to this tattoo shop with my cousin to get matching tattoos. My cousin had Bruno and I had Rob. Bruno did a some what good job on my cousins tattoo. Rob on the other had did not do a good job on my tattoo. First he used only a line gun the whole time even to shade in which of course hurt like hell. Then after my tattoo started to peel off so did the ink. After the scab pealed it revealed horrible shading, shaky lines, and even shading outside of the lines. Apparently someone didn’t do a great job in their kindergarten art class. I contacted the shop and Rob messaged me back saying that he would be able to redo it free of charge but I would have to wait three more weeks because «he was on the road». Frankly I did not want to get re-​tattooed by him and I also did not want to walk around for another three weeks with a bootleg looking jail tat. So I requested a sooner time and we agreed that Bruno would REDO the tattoo that Sunday at 4pm (this was Friday) for free might I add. Well Sunday comes around and it takes me 2.5 hours in traffic to finally reach the shop. I arrived at 3:50 pm when I get there I asked for Bruno because after all I did have an appointment with him according to Rob. He comes out and apparently forgot that he was supposed to Redo my tattoo and to my surprise he just started a tattoo on a different client according to one of the others artist. Then someone named Gizmo comes out and tells me that some other random «artist» who I have never seen/​heard of would be «touching up» the tattoo because apparently it was not that bad [I’ll let the pic speak for itself] (it’s the sail boat tat) oh and I’d still have to pay him. They both rushed to the back to «set stuff up» and another «artist» walks out and asked if I was here for a tattoo, as I’m trying to explain the situation to him he tells me that Gizmo is going to do my tattoo now. Am I in the freaking twilight zone? This is my 5^th tattoo and I have never been treat so horribly. I did not stick around after that, there is no way I was going to let any random person tattoo me from a shop that already messed up on me once and pay them a second time for that matter. This shop is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. And from the looks of it they just let anyone tattoo there regardless of their experience level. Long story short I had to get my tattoo redone at a different shop which meant I had to pay twice for the work. But at least I know that the work was not half-​assed and is guaranteed for three months apparently unlike this shop.

Guillermo AKA Gizmo Torres and Aspired Ink are AMAZING. I have never had a tattoo and really never thought I would but after my wife recent battle with Breast Cancer I felt compelled for a piece to commemorate her battle. Gizmo took a piece of art that I brought him and tweaked it and improved it into a Master Piece! When he finally had the piece laid out to both of our satisfaction he proceeded to do what a Master Craftsman does and take his time and passion to lay ink onto this virgin skin. My first Tattoo is a piece that I will carry forever and will display proudly not just because the artwork but because Gizmo emphasized the Love in his work that I have for my wife! If you are in the market for a Tattoo please go and visit Aspired Ink and please look at all their amazing work because this place really cares of what goes on your body for life!
