I stop at this Starbucks because it is near to my daughter’s school. It is kind of tucked away in a little shopping area. There is a nice seating area with tables and umbrellas. The employees are friendly and the drinks come out in a timely manner. They always get my drink correct. The few times that I have been here, the pick up area for drinks has been messy. They really should keep it a little cleaner. Wipe up the spills and pick up the straw papers. It makes it a little less inviting when it is dirty at the counter. Also, this was not during a busy time, it was actually quite slow the times that I was in there. The parking lot gets very busy since there are several different food places in this area.

This is honestly the best Starbucks location I have ever been to. The staff is so efficient and friendly. They always get my drink right! It gets pretty busy all year round which can probably be attributed to the great staff and management.

If I could give –1 star, I would. Bad, bad, bad service on a Saturday morning 12⁄12. Ordered 2 lattes and pastries. Asked for water and told me to wait the next 30 minutes by this gal. How rude!!! Also ordered decaf but was given a caffeinated drink.

I really like this Starbucks. The line is never too long and the baristas are very friendly. My drinks always come out right and fast. The biggest issue I have is the same I have with every Starbucks– people who take up tables for hours so they can work in public.

There are some Starbucks far better than others in quality, staff, cleanliness, atmosphere and patrons. I appreciate this Starbucks in particular because it’s employees are consistently professional, pleasing and get it right all the time. It is always clean(my friend said) and it’s bathroom was immaculate and this is important stuff.(To me) Pretty much tells me what’s going on in general with the rest of the place. Had a huge order to place this AM for take away. A gentleman took our order while we were in the middle of the line and it was almost ready in breakneck time. A mannerly gent got up from his seat to open the door for me to exit and it was just a really nice gesture and so appreciated. As a matter of fact, in general, it was a wonderful Saturday morning coffee crowd at this location — a great vibe to start your day. This SB is my friends favorite and it’s for sure the one I’ll frequent from now on. The outside area looks inviting to sit and chat with your drink.(Not meaning to chat with your actual drink… maybe with a friend? ;) Good job, people! This Starbucks gets an A+

Almost lost my faith in Starbucks until I came here. They get the order right THEFIRSTTIME. The staff is very nice, the restrooms are clean(well the entire place is clean but the restrooms are important too!), and I love studying here. Yummmmm

I work nearby and would like a place to come on my lunch hour to work on my computer. This is impossible because although you advertise Internet«10x faster than before» the connection speed is so slow that my Surface Pro times out long before a webpage is loaded. Perhaps you might consider carrier pigeons to speed things up a bit?!? I will not be back… there’s a Peets nearby that will work just fine!

For green tea lovers: My new favorite drink at Starbucks is the Iced Green Tea Latte! Omg it’s so good! You’ll sometimes get chunks of matcha, but just keep stirring it. Or if you are on a diet, the Iced Green Tea Unsweetened is zero calories and still yummy!

My favorite Starbucks! The staff are great! Very friendly and quick! Even with a line out the door they somehow manage to get all the drinks done in record time.

Ok so i know what you’re thinking, why review Starbucks?! But I’ve been coming to this one since high school and this is seriously the most inviting crew i’ve ever seen. A lot of them have been there for years and they always remember my name and order! Awesome service!

I usually don’t do reviews on mainstream places such as Starbucks, but an unpleasant encounter with a barista during my recent visit to this location has caused me to do so. I went to pick up a simple iced coffee for my boyfriend here. No drive-through so I had to walk inside which I didn’t mind at all. The store itself was clean and somewhat empty. The cashier who took my order was kind and quick, just what I needed because I was in a rush. I ordered an iced coffee with room. While I was waiting for my order, the barista who made my drink called out«iced coffee» in the most irritated tone. I didn’t mind, she was just calling out my order no big deal. So I grab my drink and try to put half and half milk but there was barely any in the pitcher. No problem, I’ll just use the other milk that was there. Surprise surprise! It was empty as well! Good thing my boyfriend likes his coffee strong, so I was ok with the few drops that I got. As I was leaving I thought I would be courteous and let the barista know that their milk pitchers were empty. So I told her«hey just to let you guys know, you’re out of milk!» Then she goes«I can’t hear you.» In the most rude way possible. Not even a «I’m sorry but…» Or «I didn’t get that!» So I repeated myself louder and she goes«well can you give me the empty ones so I can fill them up?» Need I say anymore? I gave her a confused look and walked back to the drink station and gave her the pitchers. I wouldn’t have minded if she asked in a nicer way but I was appalled at how horrible her customer service was. I’m sorry, but I’m not here to do your job for you. Take your lazy butt around the counter and fill them up yourself, lady. Even a woman waiting for her drink looked at me like she couldn’t believe what the barista just said to me. I personally work in the food service industry, and would never demand my customers to aid me in doing my job. Other than that, drink tasted good!

I was not a Starbucks person at all until I came here; mostly because everything is overpriced and their coffee tasted burnt to me. The staff is friendly, efficient, and fast. The store is clean and well stocked. Whenever I come in there is a line, but I never have to wait too long. The way they prepare their coffee, it doesn’t taste like other Starbucks. Maybe it’s because it has been 4 years since I had their coffee and they could have possibly changed the way they prepare it. Either way, I’m a fan now. I miss the chestnut praline latte(seasonal), but their caramel macchiato is wonderful as is their vanilla latte(not too sweet). I’m glad this store is on my way to work! Oh, and I’m glad that the barista suggested I register my Starbucks giftcard; I’m almost to gold!

A bit of a wait today but the day after Christmas and they are short handed. Staff is still pleasant and doing their best even with one machine broken.

The coffee is always pretty good. Never had an order go wrong. But the customer service is really hit or miss. Some of the employees are really great, but there are a few that SUCK. One of the girls who I always see at the register(longish light brown ponytail) is literally the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. I’m not a huge stickler for customer service at quick serve places, but I was pretty blown away by her attitude today. Don’t smile, fine. At least you get the order correct. But the eye rolling and sighing and blank stares are a bit much. The line here on weekends can get pretty long but the crew usually keeps it moving. There’s also a ton of outdoor seating. Pretty good location all in all. If the attitudes of some of those few bad employees could be be checked, this would be a 5-Starbucks.(Haha)

I feel this is a store Howard Schultz would be very proud of; it manages to be cozy, quaint, relaxing, and at the same time, sophisticated. The baristas here are so nice. The store is a smaller size than the one on Alicia/Pacific Park but I like it because you can usually easily find a table and read or study to your heart’s content. The ambiance is pleasant and refreshing. Once upon a time, I had a bad experience with a Starbucks in LA County. It was so bad I felt compelled to e-mail their customer service. They actually followed up with the complaint by calling me and making sure they could make things okay with me. They even mailed me a couple of free certificates to make it up to me. Since I live in Orange County, I decided to use the certificate at this store. The baristas bent over backwards to help me and were very nice. I didn’t have enough cash on hand to buy a KIND bar and they offered to give me a student discount.(Saddleback College student here). At that time, I decided I would just buy one later when I had the cash and coin needed. The barista making my drink did a great job. Lovely place to go, I am coming back for more in the near future. Love their Passion tea. Does anyone know what’s in it?

I’ve come here a few times and I’m a little disappointed by the customer service, speed [or lack of] and drink quality. The baristas at this location seem to hat their job. They aren’t rude but they aren’t friendly.

The good reviews here are mostly based on this being a good location, which it is, it is right by my work. That’s pretty much the only good thing… I’ve been here about 6 times and EVERYSINGLETIME my order was incorrect. I don’t order complicated things… I just ask for«soy milk, no whipped cream» on all my drinks. Each time they got it wrong. Either by fault of the cashier or the barista. They need to seriously work on communication… especially when they are 2 ft from each other. I am lactose intolerant and I am so glad I caught their mistakes or else I would had seriously been mad… so far they just caused an inconvenience and waste of time waiting for the correct order. They also never apologize, they just look irritated. Other than that, clean location, same old starbucks coffee. Customer service is a hit and miss, some people are over the top happy greeting, some are bored robots.

I’m generally not a Starbucks fan(at all), but I will commend the staff for their cheerfulness and speedy service, even at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night. Popped in here for a nice warm beverage before going out to look at Christmas lights and got a apple cider(sans the caramel). I wish Starbucks had a winter tea collection(like Coffee Bean’s Winter Dream tea); that would convert me to a fan straight away. Nevertheless, nice cider + speedy service = a happy Kristin.
